If you could compile an issue of Walt Disney's Comics and Stories (or local version) what would it look like? Which stories, which creators, how many pages, etc?

A Christmas on Bear Mountain The Old Castle's Secret Back to Long Ago Log Jockey Wintertime Wager King Scrooge the First The Horseradish Story The Heirloom Watch A Christmas for Shacktown The Fighting Falcon Webfooted Wrangler
I know i chose many stories, but i made this thinking it would be a special comic with the best stories, not a simple issue
OK, I'm going to give myself 60 pages, the Gemstone standard. All are stories never printed in the USA, with the exception of the Chip 'n' Dale one, which is a childhood favorite and has not been reprinted here since its original appearance in 1960. And I'm going to exclude all Scrooge stories; that rules out a large number of the stories never printed in the USA which I'd like to see here.
A Real Hero (Pluto) Joel Katz & Albert Cosser/Santanach 6 pp.
Fill out the remaining three pages with three of Geradts' "Donald's First..." one-pagers; I'd prefer those which do include Della and do not include Scrooge, Gyro, etc.
That's a pretty good mix of characters, I think. Since my first two stories feature Helper and HDL, I'm going to go for this cover, which is cute as all get-out and works as the wish-fulfillment of my childhood: reading comics in bed by the light of Helper! Plus, it hasn't been printed in the USA, and it definitely deserves to be printed without extraneous stuff distracting from the art.
Oh, and needless to say: the title will be the traditional "Walt Disney's Comics and Stories"!!
This is a pretty difficult task. You see, my issue (heh) is that the stories I want to read again either features characters in peril or without clothes. (Yes, I know. I need help.) Anyway, I came up with the following.
This brings the total pages to 68 (Or 70 if you need the table of contents.) A bit more than your (old) standart issue but meh.
As for the cover, I would probably pick this one since all the stories feature HDL. (And I can't remember another good cover that shows them in peril).

That's more like a heavy tradepaperback than a comic book issue.

I dont know about the rest of the world, but in Brazil there is a comic book called "Mega Disney", it was published between 2012 and 2015,and had reprints of stories that were well received and even a couple of new stories never published here. Each issue had over 40 stories and over 800 pages

Right, got it. Those kinds of comic books (how often did it come out?) are certainly not common here in Norway.
That said, we do have the digest-sized "Donald Pocket", which comes out about once a month with 256 pages of new comics (mostly Italian except for the few that Egmont produces for them). As well as numerous other digests.
