(I did a search but couldn't find anything.) I'm interested in knowing who has been aware of PK's identity at least once. Apart from Gyro there's the nephews (several stories), Scrooge (Donald managed to fib himself out of it) and the Beagle Boys (Donald managed to fool them with a crazy scheme so they wouldn't believe it). Any other examples?
Which is a truly wonderful story, if I may say so. One of the first stories I'd select if I were to compile a book of Duck Avenger stories, because of the relationship between him and Fethry.
And, of course, there's his magician friend Papernova. Edit: And how could we forget Daisy?
He also told it to Daisy in one of the best DoubleDuck stories. (And it's quite possible that Kay-K heard it too!) Scrooge figured it out in this story and this and probably others...
Of course, if we consider Duck Avenger: New Adventures (PKNA), there's some more: One, Xadhoom, the Raider's son (in an alternate bad future) and the Evronians were pretty damn close to it in the third story and again figured it out in a "bad future".

You're right, of course! (And I really love the picture of how she compares the "anserometric face topography" (or however it's called) to find out that they are one and the same...)
In the Brazilian reprint of Paperinik alla riscossa, the ending has been rewritten and redrawn: Gladstone finds out about Donald being Duck Avenger and exposes him in front of the family, Donald confesses and promises not to be Duck Avenger again.
More info about this changes can be found in this blog post.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat
Yes, I know your reaction! It was a big surprise to me too because Paperinik's adventures have been reprinted hundreds of times like everywhere and never had I read a single piece about this changes.
My guess is since the first stories were so caustic they were planning to stop using the character, but then the Italians kept using him and softening him, so they ignored that?

Says in the blog post that the change was made because the publisher didn't approve of Donald's behavior in these stories and demanded some rewrites so he wouldn't get away with it.
