I've been trying to find a summary of what was said and the best one I've seen so far is at Oh My Disney. But that summary doesn't say anything about any Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck comics even if they panel description say "[...] and other panelists will share new comics based on Zootopia, Finding Dory, Frozen, Star Wars, Star vs. the Forces of Evil, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and more."
Anyone seen any other big news or announcements from the panel?
There weren't any new announcements made at that panel nor did they discuss anything related to classic mice or duck comics.
Oh My Disney is an official Disney run website and they didn't even bother to get any artwork from the comics themselves, just using screenshots from the movies/shows that the comics were based on. That should tell you how uneventful things were.
The only thing that article didn't mention is that early copies of the DuckTales Cinestory were on sale (Who cares?) and Mickey Mouse Shorts Season One #1 got a con exclusive variant cover which is just the normal cover without the coloring. (Again. Who cares?)

It's a bit fun they start bragging about “In Finland, our Disney Comics sell more than 300,000 copies, which means that basically everybody in Finland reads our comics.” Then goes on talking about Disney comics that are far from the kind of comics that are popular i Finland. Stories produced by Global Magazines/Disney Publishing Worldwide are published in Europe too, that thas not the ones that sell 300 000 copies...
