Sorry for the double-post but I've found another one - Miss Abigail Gadwall. She's from "Mickey Mouse in Ridin' the Rails" in WDCS #173, in which Mickey and Goofy play old-timey railroad engineers. As such I suspect she's not a "real" ancestor but rather a character played by Grandma Duck; at the very least she's at least two generations too early on the Maurice tree judging by the clothing, technology (she has a car) and so on in the story.

If she's Grandma-in-a-costume then that's technically another example of vintage Western using "Abigail" as her first name rather than "Elvira". Interesting.

Actually, I think that that story is meant to take place in the present day (at the time it was published, I mean), and that those are "actually" Mickey and Goofy. Abigail, in the story, is Grandma Duck, and her car is Grandma's recurring "Little Old Electric". There's nothing in the story to suggest otherwise, anyway (at least as far as I can remember). That's not to say, of course, that "Miss Abigail Gadwall" isn't based on Elvira as she appeared in this story, just that I don't think she was originally intended to be a separate character than Grandma herself.

Seems to me like Maurice didn't know about the "Grandma's first name in old Western stories of this time was Abigail" thing, therefore assumed Abigail was a new character, ntocied the 'resemblance' to Grandma, and thus ended up making her a Gadwall relative to explain said 'family resemblance'.
(By the way, I left you a message on the Wiki Discord.)
Wow, thanks for remembering this thread! Angus is an older-looking duck from Scrooge's generation with a beard, square glasses, and a tartan cap.
Cousin Angus ("Neef Duffy" in the Dutch printing; I don't know his name in the original text), appears in this story: inducks.org/story.php?c=D+88149 . He's an equally stingy cousin of Scrooge (just like about 95% of all Scrooge's cousins on that tree), and Magica assumes his identity when he comes to visit Duckburg.

Wow, thank you so much! Any others ring a bell?
Even has his own character tag at inducks; how that quack did I miss that?

I'm pretty sure that Douglas Duck, the farmer character, is from this Vicar story: inducks.org/story.php?c=D++7296 , although I'm not 100% sure, because I don't recall him having a wife in this story, whereas in Maurice's tree he does.
(fun fact: in the Dutch translation of this story, Douglas Duck was apparently considered the same character as Uncle Eider Duck, since they gave him the same name (Driekus Duck).

I'm pretty sure that old lady duck is a background character from another story; Maurice places a lot of nameless ducks wherever on the tree.
In fact I think I'll give a physical description of every character I'm looking for, just in case it helps.
* Kerababor McDuck - A really awesome looking duck in a snazzy eighteenth-century type outfit. Most of his possible siblings are sea captains so I'd imagine he is too. Listed as Scrooge's great-great-great-uncle. * Pataco Gadwall - Listed as Grandma's great-grandfather. The icon Maurice used here indicates he was only ever mentioned, not seen. * Angus Duck - Another Angus from the other side of the family, and another elderly farmer. Listed as Grandpa's brother. * Wilma McDuck - A youthful looking female cousin of Scrooge, with blonde hair and a blue tartan cap. * Sandy McDuck - A cousin of Scrooge that looks a lot like him, but in a more traditional business suit and no hat. * Audree Duck - An aunt of Donald's, seen only in a picture from the looks of it. * Alvilda Shelduck - Boy do I wish I knew who this was. She's listed as Daisy's aunt and seemingly has no picture. Probably a needle in a haystack more than any of the others. "Shelduck," if you didn't know, isn't an official name, but Maurice's placeholder for Daisy's maternal relatives. * Dustin and Beckey Duck - Seemingly cousins of Daisy and only mentioned, not seen.
Incidentally, since you do *not* mention him on this list: do you know what story "Cousin Malcolm McDuck" is from? The image on the tree reminds me of Mau Heymans' art style, but I couldn't figure out whether it was in one of his stories.

Well, I'm glad you asked, because there's been a very positive development. First off Cousin Malcolm was another character who I'd left off the list be accident, but now I know what he's from... because I emailed Maurice himself! It was tall odds, I know - I didn't know whether the address on his site was one he still used, or if he remembered the information, if he still cared about Disney comics...
It worked.
He got back to me in under twelve hours and was very cordial. What follows is his message to me, reproduced verbatim:

Well, a correct desc for YD 48-02-27 would be Cousin Beckey's present (the name can be read on a greeting card in the first panel), but I guess the name Laura must come from one of the reprints of the strip.

Straight from the horse's mouth, or perhaps duck's bill. I'm obviously extremely grateful to him. Now only three mystery characters remain - Sandy, Wilma, and Audree...
I don't rember the title of the story with Sandy, but it's a story set in a tropical island. Sandy has retired from business to live there with his wife Nora.
