No, I don't even remember the title, I read in a "Mega" if I remember right, but I'm sure that it's a danish story. The woman in the back it's Nora the wife.
Anyone have any ideas on Wilma and Audree? The latter will likely be pretty hard as she's seemingly only in photo judging from the picture on the tree...

Yes, that could be rather hard to find... the art style of the Audree image looks, to me at least, a bit like Barks', and he did often include portraits of Duck family members in the backgrounds of his stories - perhaps that image is from the background of a Barks story? It would be a lot easier to find if it is.

The art style looks like Freddy Milton or Ben Verhagen to me. Judging by the "Barks-esque" art style, most likely it's from a Dutch story that was translated into English.
Also, on the topic of "mystery ducks"; I found this table of characters that are still missing from the tree goofy313g.free.fr/missing.html on Gilles Maurice's site. Seemingly no mention of Wilma or Audree though (although maybe the table lists them under names from other translations?).
I have the story in Dutch. Her name is "Agaath Van Zanikh" in the Dutch translation (it comes from the Dutch verb "zaniken", which is to continuously complain about the smallest things, and it's a very fitting name for the character). She comes to visit Duckburg, and both Donald and Gladstone offer to let her stay with them, because they hope she'll write them into her will. In hopes of sabotaging each others' chances of getting into the will, Donald does everything he can to make her visit with Gladstone as unpleasant as possible, and vice versa. It's a simple but pretty funny story. Also, her character design is very atypical, which I like; it's far from the "Donald/Scrooge with a wig/different outfit" cliché that so many artists keep using. In my Gladstone Gander family tree from a few years ago, I included a scan of her.

She is interesting looking. So we've found a relative Maurice straight-up missed, huh.

Actually, she is already in the missing table Scroogerello mentioned listed in “Scans and info needed”. I guess Maurice didn’t get any scan of her anyway.

That table is actually for the FIRST tree, as I've found some characters from the second tree on it. So he knew she existed prior to the second tree, but didn't add her to it... curious.

Technically, after 12 years there are new characters, so it is less disconcerting to see a relative who is not in the tree by Gilles Maurice.
True, although there's plenty of characters that Maurice missed who had already been introduced long before he created the tree. And understandably so; it would be nearly impossible to find EVERY single story/cartoon with a Duck relative in it.

What other examples do you know of?
Whew, that would be quite a list. I can think of a bunch of them at the moment, and a quick search on the Picsou wiki already gives a lot of names. If I don't count any relatives that were introduced after 2006, I can think of the following:
