Hoping to develop a comprehensive list, here. Pitch in! I may have forgotten something, and there are probably some I've never heard of.
O Tesouro de Bico Amarelo--drawn by Luis Destuet--another sequel to "Pirate Gold"
Return to Bear Mountain--Lars Bergstrom & Tom Anderson/Branca
A Volta Do Fantasma De Notre Dame--Saidenberg/Irineu Soares Rodrigues--sequel to "The Phantom of Notre Duck"
Zio Paperone e le sette sabbie de Cibola --Vito Stabile/Nicola Tosolini--remake of/sequel to "The Seven Cities of Cibola"
Retour au Shangri-Lala--Corteggiani/Barreira--sequel to "Trail of the Unicorn"
Return of the Micro-Ducks from Outer Space--Kenner/Vicar
Gensyn Med Den Gyldne Hjelm--Jesper Lund Madsen & Theis Christiansen (as 15-year-old boys, won competition for reader-created story; TC went on to do more Disney comics work) sequel to "The Golden Helmet"
Pipe Dreams--Brian Claxton & Tom Anderson/Vicar--sequel to "Back to the Klondike"
untitled two-pager--Gary Leach/Craig Deeley--sequel to the Barks one-pager later called "Kitty-Go-Round" featuring Clementine and her kittens
And of course there's Warren Spector's DuckTales "Rightful Owners", a sort-of sequel to a whole bunch of Barks' treasure hunts.
Then there is another category, stories which pick up a character used in one story by Barks, but which aren't really sequels to that story:
(You could argue whether some of the above really fit into this category, or whether some of the below count as sequels)
Penny Wise: The Witness--Gail Renard & Tom Anderson/Vicar
Terries and Fermies: Creature Comforts--William Van Horn
Zio Paperone e l'ultima avventura (Scrooge's Last Adventure)--Artibani/Perina
and several more by other authors....
hermit from WDC 39-01: Hole in One--Dave Rawson/Carlos Guirado
Ghost of Kamikaze Ridge--William Van Horn (though I'm not quite convinced this is the same character...I'd have to hear from WVH that he intended that)
Blacksnake McQuirt: Per un dollaro in meno--Dalmasso/Pier De Vita--sort-of sequel to "Sheriff of Bullet Valley"
With Justice for All--John Kane/Rota
Azure Blue: besides Rosa stories and the three "Golden Helmet" pre/sequels listed above, he appears in "Rightful Owners" and
Endanger Mouse--Lars Jensen/Ferraris (also in Jensen's "Whatever Happened to Scrooge McDuck?")
Hansa Hazard--Knut Nærum & Tormod Løkling/Arild Midthun
Sharky appears in many of the Azure Blue stories, plus:
Het oog van de radjah--Geradts/Nadorp (also Chisel McSue!)
Chisel McSue: "Het oog van de radjah" mentioned just above, Rosa stories, "Rightful Owners", several stories by Lars Jensen and
Canute the Brute's Battle Axe--Jørgen Fogedby, Lars Bergström & Tom Anderson/Vicar
Who's the Richest?--Rick Marschall & Tom Anderson/Santanach
Also, to include a professional-quality fancomic: Sarah Jolley's "A Kind of Magic" includes the title element of
Bacicin riprende il mare (Donald Duck Finds Pirate Gold...Again!)--Barosso bros./Carpi
Return to Bear Mountain--Lars Bergstrom & Tom Anderson/Branca
Another Christmas on Bear Mountain--Faraci/Cavazzano

A Volta Do Fantasma De Notre Dame--Saidenberg/Irineu Soares Rodrigues--sequel to "The Phantom of Notre Duck"
Notre Duck--Marco Gervasio--this is a prequel to "Phantom of Notre Duck" showing the "original" Phantom in the 1920's (who may or may not be Barks' Phantom)
Topolino e l'imperatore d'America--De Vita--Mickey Mouse sequel to "The Golden Helmet"
Paperino conquistatore vichingo--Riccardo Secchi/Francesco Guerrini--prequel to "The Golden Helmet" set centuries earlier, with characters who are lookalikes of the characters in the original story
