Oh, the original covers are also pretty nice. coa.inducks.org/publication.php?c=it%2FPKNA&pg=img&num=1 People unfamiliar with the series, note that the covers are generally wraparounds, covering both the front and the back and you can only see the front here.
Thanks for showing us the links of those covers, jumbojr. Well, I knew that the first cover is the original cover from the original PKNA magazine (with some color changes to the background) and that the third cover is from PK Giant. As for the second cover, I first thought that it was an original american cover not an italian cover from Paperinik Appgrade. Maybe that's because it was that big "0" that made me thinking that it was an american cover. Yes, I wonder if I was the only one who mistook the Appgrade cover for an american cover . Speaking of Appgrade, I only own the second issue of this series.
I'm so excited for this! I'm italian and I'm on board since 1996. I have made a subreddit for all the future american fans! www.reddit.com/r/duckavenger/ Feel free to join.
EDIT: looks like Those Who Sit Above In Shadow(TM) don't like vagueness as in the original(and in Grey's translation) how much time is passed is completely ambiguous. I'm starting to be a little worried.

To tell the truth, though I also enjoy the rest of the PKNA saga, I kinda preferred "PK-Pikappa" (where, incidentally, in France, the name was translated to "PowerDuck", with "PK" being the first and last letters, while the usual Paperinik is always translated as "Fantomiald").
I thought it was interesting. We certainly got to meet a lot of new characters, and Donald and Scrooge (thanks to Jonathan Gray's scripting, no doubt) remain as much in character as possible. I was a little confused by the last page of the outer space prologue as to what those big things the Evronians had are, but I assume it was either to capture people on the planet they invaded or to bring in more Evronians. The art is interesting, but after over a year of Italian Disney comics, I've gotten used to the often quirky art. It sets things up nicely.

Interestingly, when the PKNA stories were printed in the Netherlands, those were also called PowerDuck. I don't think we've ever seen the printing of a PK-Pikappa story.

Yes, I don't have those yet. I was talking about the old series.
coa.inducks.org/publication.php?c=nl/DPOWER Here we go. Apparently I got it backwards: they were called Duck Power, not PowerDuck. There was, however, a PKNA Playstation 2 game that was called PowerDuck, which is where my confusion must have arisen. This game might have been released in English as Disney's PK: Out of the Shadows, but I can't verify that. (However, I can't imagine Ubisoft released two PKNA games.)
EDIT: Ubisoft, who produced these games, is a French company. That would explain where the name "PowerDuck" comes in.

The American (NTSC) version had the title "PK: Out of the Shadows" while the English PAL version had the title "Donald Duck: PK" with the same cover as the Power Duck one pictured above.
The PAL version actually had a comic bundled with a 3rd version of the "Donald/Duck Avenger meets One (Uno)" story.
Got #0 (the sub cover was the only one available) from a local store and I was amazed at the quality of the paper, color reproduction and how many the pages were!!
Here in Greece and Cyprus most of us didn't have the chance to buy the first issues for various reasons and now those issues are very hard to find and read. So I was glad to see that every other month, I will be getting an issue I haven't read.
I hope they don't give up publishing this (because of the time it will take to complete it) Our greek publication is out every month so we will complete it soon.
