I'd probably fit in around Level 3. DuckTales, Darkwing Duck, Rescue Rangers, etc. are a separate universe from the comics, but the comics are in the same universe as the classic, pre-1970 shorts, at least in my headcanon. I suppose it's worth pointing out, though, that I don't think that all comics take place in the same universe. Ones which have recent technology or are clearly set past the middle of the 20th century are, in my headcanon, in a separate universe from those which are or could be set in the mid-20th century. I've also considered splitting Romano Scarpa's work off into its own universe, but I haven't read enough stories written by him to have a strong opinion one way or another.
No matter what I say or do, know that Jesus loves you.

One could argue that Rosa is an extreme-extreme splitter ... not only does he believe in distinct comic Ducks and the Separation of Duck and Mouse, but he *only* acknowledges a subset of the comics-verse (i.e., Barks' work).

And even then, he leaves out some stuff such as Scrooge's magic hourglass.

Well, Barks's work and, presumably, his own!
Indirectly, Rosa acknowledged the Italian contributions by drawing Rockerduck like he is in most Italian comics.

Not exactly. Of course, when writing a new story himself, he keeps in mind the continuity of his own previous efforts, but he's noted in a commentary somewhere that as a fan he doesn't consider his stories to be anything more than another set of apocrypha.
