Have Disney comics been accused of these things? I heard there was a book published about the bad influence that Disney comics have on young minds.
Yes, Chilean leftists, during the leftist regime in Chile of the 1970s, Ariel Dorfman and Armand Mattelart wrote: "How to Read Donald Duck: Imperialist Ideology in the Disney Comic".

I know that book, it is called a product of the "Latin American political idiocy". In Italy his distorted vision of the Disney characters was taken into consideration only by a few anarchists, since Guido Martina had portrayed the ducks since the post-war period from a perspective that winked at the communists and the capitalists, destroying the ideological basis of the book itself.
If we want to talk about racism among Disney characters I have spoken in two articles for my blog revealing that it has my personal opinion Topolino, Goofy and the others are African Americans who were stereotyped in the past. The secrets of politically incorrect Mouseton The secrets of Mouseton: the years of segregation In addition there is the most controversial character Flintheart Glomgold a South African boer, so someone who has enriched himself in a state with apartheid. We do not know exactly how Glomgold became the second richest duck in the world, but his lack of scruples certainly allowed him to exploit apartheid. So if one wanted to criticize there are more realistic holds, but it would be like denying the history of the 20th century, in Disney there were certain things because in the real world there were.

You bring up some interesting points in your blog posts, xanderares . I think that "Mickey's Melledrammer", though, serves as evidence that Mickey is not of African descent. He may have African ancestors somewhere in his family tree, but, despite his fur color, I don't think that, if he were a human, he would be considered black. The cartoon shows both him and Clarabelle using various methods to make themselves look like the characters of Topsy and Eliza. If he were already black, in-universe, I don't understand why he would do that.
That said, I have often seen a quote attributed to Art Babbitt that indicates that he thought of Goofy as being of African descent. It's quoted on Goofy's Wikipedia page and TVTropes page. I haven't done enough research to verify whether or not it is true. Even if it is true and provides evidence that Goofy is black, "Hello Aloha" from 1952 contradicts this as it shows island natives who believe Goofy is a "white god." Then again, it can be argued that this is actually George Geef and not Goofy.

It seems bizarre but many black minstrels wore black makeup some to look white disguised as black, others not to show that they were mulattos because having actors with very dark skin attracted public.
However you have to consider that a good part of the African Americans can be exchanged for whites, for example if you see the photos of Wright Cuney the most important black leader in Texas in the 19th century seems only a tanned white guy.

In that case, I suppose Mickey and Clarabelle could be black. I've already given extra evidence that Goofy may be, though I also provided a counterpoint that indicated he's white. I believe Horace mentioned Arabian ancestors in Blaggard Castle, so I'd be more inclined to say that is of Arabian descent as opposed to African descent.

In Mickey Mouse Sails for Treasure Island, the natives call Mickey a "white man".
Great point. I had forgotten about this. It's still always possible that he has African ancestry somewhere in his family tree, but I think this proves that he is, at least by some standards, considered "white."

But, interesting, what is "white" in Mickey is exactly the same areas of the body that were white in the natives (mouth and eyes).
Yes, but unless I miss my guess, the natives are humans, not mice, so on them it's black skin, and the white areas on their face are those stereotypical impossibly large lips. Whereas Mickey has black fur on his body, a clean-shaven face where the pale skin shows, and no visible lips.
