I assume you are thinking only about publications in the Scandinavian weekly when talking about the Vicar sequel? When it comes to Norway, this story has actually been reprinted several other places in recent decades, including a tradepaperback in 1992 and a Hall of Fame book which is still in print. So it's not like it's been unavailable ever since 1977. And of course, the Barks story too has been reprinted more than once since 2004.
