The 1997 Scandinavian Egmont map is not listed in Inducks. I can only show you the links of the magazines in Denmark, Norway and Sweden where the map appeared as a poster. It's advertised at the bottom of the cover:

There are two maps of Blasco Pisapia published in 2003. The first one appeared in a sticker album ("Mickey & Donald - L'album di Topolino"), and it's not in Inducks. You can see it here:

The second one, which is not exactly a map but a drawing of Duckburg in perspective, appeared in a collection called Disney Parade. Here you can see it, and below I indicate the link to Inducks:

In addition, here you have a link to the german book "Reiseführer Entenhausen" (2010) and a better image of the map included in it:

And here you have a link to the german book "Entenhausen - Weltstadt an der Gumpe" (2014), a different cover of the same book (possibly an initial cover project) in which you can see a map, and an enlarged image of the same map of that cover, with the title in Danish:

The map in "The Ducks in Entenhausen" (2015) is the same as the map in the cover project of "Entenhausen - Weltstadt an der Gumpe" (2014), as you can see here. I don't know which is the original publication of this map:

...But apparently, a different map was delivered with that book, and it's the same that was included with the book "Reiseführer Entenhausen". At least, that seems according to this photo that I have seen in an ebay ad:
