The name "Jewy" came to my mind the other day, but then I googled and discovered that the word actually exists, so I decided not to post it here, in case it is used in an offensive way in some context.
But now I was thinking "come on, Jewy is a great name". So there you go.

Maybe, because you grew up in Italy, in very recent times, speaking Italian, that name seems "innocent", benign, and harmless. But to someone who grew up mainly with Holocaust survivors, and who has been beaten up several times for having killed The Christians' "god" 2,000 years ago (you see, I AM old! ), it brings back bitter memories. I've been called by several different racial slurs (even though "race" has no real meaning, as it cannot be defined in scientific terms), and Judaism is a religion and belief system not a so-called "race".
"Jewy" sounds to English-speaking ears as an anti-Jewish slur. It sounds like several of the nasty names I was called. And Huey, Dewey, and Louie are related (informal diminutives) to actual reasonably well-known English boys' names, Hugh or Hugo, Dewey(not diminutive), and Louis. Is your thinking up "Jewy" supposed to be a similar-style diminutive for the English name "Judah" or "Jude" (which is actually a diminutive of Judah). In any case Judah and Jude are used to name boys very, very rarely in The English-speaking World, mainly only by Jewish families, and those in extremely Orthodox traditionalist Christian sects who revere the very oldest Christian traditions. Although many English family give Hebrew names to their children, Judah is seldom given because of its connection with "Judas" (Judas Escariot), who was blamed for "delivering Jesus Christ" into the hands of The Roman Governor, which, ultimately, led to his crucifiction, and death. It was a way The Christians could blame The Jews for eternity.
Therefore, "Jewy" doesn't make sense to an English-speaking person as a Boy's name analogous to Huey, Dewey, and Louie. There CAN'T be a diminutive of Judah ending in "ie" or "y", because "Judy" and "Judie" are diminutives of the female form of Judah (Yehuda), (Yehudit) Judith. Judith and Judy are commonly used English names, because no woman in a Bible tale was a major sinner. So "Jude" should be a boy's informal name, NOT "Judy". "Jewy" just sounds like a traditional racial slur against Jews, using a diminutive to show disrespect to an adult person by intimating he is powerless, like a child or a simpleton (half wit). It was the European way of degrading Jews the way "Caucasian" racists and slave masters addressed Black adult men as "Boy" , or use of the common "N" word (originally based on the Portuguese and Spanish word for "Blacks").
So, YES, "Jewy" IS offensive. And more to the point, it is NOT analogous to "Huey, Dewey, and Louie", as it is not recognisable as a Boy's name, unlike "Screwy", which could be a much-used nickname.
Now we need a good back story explanation for "Screwy", the 4th brother. As in the case of so many multiple births, the babies needed to be delivered early, to avoid birthing problems. His egg was removed early. But, as in so many cases of premature deliveries, he didn't develop correctly. He remained in hospital from the start, and has grown up in a medical custodial care facility. Donald knew this because his sister confided in him, telling him everything about her life before she went away, leaving her 3 remaining children with him. He was "ashamed" of this situation, so he never told anyone, except Huey, Dewey, and Louie. But, one day, Screwy ran away into Duckburg, and coincidentally, found his brothers. They knew who he was immediately, and he comes to visit them, whenever he runs away from the hospital complex (which is very seldom, as shown by the very few times he's been portrayed in the comics).
Phooey was in fact given an official backstory in Much Ado About Phooey (inducks.org/story.php?c=D+97589), by Lars Jensen, Jack Sutter, and Tino Santanach Hernandez.
I've never read that one. Unfortunately, it hasn't yet been printed in The Netherlands, and the only German books I get are those which print my own stories. I don't have that issue. I could labour over the texts in German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Portuguese, and get the gist of the story. I see looking at the first page that that woman (I wonder who she is) noticed that a 4th Nephew just appeared out of nowhere. And Donald tells her that he better explain to her why that happens (and, no doubt, why he will disappear without warning, as well). I wonder why that story hasn't been printed in USA. Their editors usually like those "fan-friendly" story themes.

So I was right, it can sound offensive in English! Anyhow, both wiktionary and urban dictionary, my only sources for informal English, do not attribute any offensive/slur meaning to it. By the way, according to one of the definitions in the urban dictionary I have "jewy hair" (brown/reddish curly hair). Now that i think about it, I've been told I have a "jewfro" on my had already in the past. Since then I always tell everyone that my adopted gran-grandmother was probably jew! (But more as a joke, I suspect that she was just the daughter of a prostitute or of a priest, possibly both )

I've read Primo Levi's book and seen a documentary of his life. Very interesting. "denialers" should be spelt thusly: "denyers". But even that doesn't look right. Perhaps it's safer to just write: "those who deny"?

Something has just occurred to me. Do we even know sure that the five boys shown in the game that started this is even Donald's nephew? Could he just be some random kid who dresses like Huey, Dewey, and Louie, or perhaps a cousin or other relative with similar taste? It is fun to come up with a fanname for a hypothetical fifth nephew, but I'm not sure we should get too serious in discussing him when we're not even sure that he's a nephew...
Of course it wouldn't be allowed. I was just trying to make a joke. But, I thought this was all fanfiction fun and speculation - not the SLIGHTEST bit related to any possible official Disney printings. I never imagined in my wildest dreams there would be a real story based on those editorial oversights of extra Nephews drawn in panels, and forgotten by the artist to be removed.
Ah, well thank you for clarifying. I must admit that I was a little unsure as to whether your ideas were serious or being a little bit tongue-in-cheek. Anyways, I wasn't expecting an official story to be based on this idea either, I was just speculating on what that hypothetical story might would look like.
That was not a little bit tongue-in-cheek, but a LOT. I made it so ridiculous that there could be no mistaking that. But, I have been advised to remove my posts because it could be misconstrued. So I have done so. It's a sad World when someone can't even make an innocent joke in public, NOT aimed at any person or group. It was good that Barks was able to get his stories through with so little censorship. His stories would have been much more watered down if he'd have written them in our current time.

Actually, I believe it's spelled "deniers", with an "ie" instead of a "y".
Maybe the reason I don't know how to spell it is because it's used very seldomly. it sounds awkward. Maybe most people usually phrase it, "those who deny". Anyway, there aren't many people left who went through it, but we still have the first-generation experience of seeing the pain in the victims' eyes. There is no way that could have been a big hoax.
