Next year Egmont Germany will publish a Donald comic strip collection. First I assumed that it was going to be a Taliaferro collection, perhaps the first volume of a series. But then I saw this preview. Does anyone know what comic strips these are? These look even more modern than the DD strips from the 90s, but I could not find any post-1995 DD strip on Inducks.
EDIT: Are these from the Netherlands? I just found out that there are modern Dutch DD strips but they are Indexed as stories instead of comic strips on Inducks.

I dont have any of their codes on me right now but im pretty sure that these are indeed the recent Dutch strips printed in the weekly.
Egmont has been publishing them regularly in the start of the issue as well for a long time now, so its kinda dissapointing for me to see that these are published in a collection instead of some of Taliaferros ones (im pretty sure i saw that last strip you sent in the weekly fairly recently actually).
Not because these are awful, but i just think that a collection of Taliaferros strips would be of larger interest to many. I dont know if they were already collected in Germany recently though, or there exists another thing that may cause this.
The Dutch have been producing newspaper comics since 2021, appearing in Algemeen Dagblad as well as other regional titles. These are to my knowledge the first for-newspaper Disney comics since the '90s, but they are indexed as HD 2020-000.
The comics seen in the previous seem to be regular H-comics with a similar layout, but which are created for the magazine.

Tormod Løkling and Arild Midthun produced in 2005–2008 four Christmas stories in strip format for Norwegian newspapers (D/D 2005-029, D/D 2006-018, D/D 2007-023 and D/D 2008-003).

Another batch of comics incorrectly indexed as "stories" instead of "newspaper strips" on Inducks.

Yes, those are the current DD Weekblad line strips, as opposed to newspaper strips.
This is only the second Andold Wild Duck comic since 2016, and just like the previous one it's pretty short and was only drawn by Rota, not written by him.
And the king who was first mentioned in the very first Andold Wild Duck comic back in 1975 finally makes an appearance! And of course he is the Scrooge McDuck equivalent of the Andold world!
Disney Comics: Around the World in One Hundred Years: Deluxe Edition (Disney Originals) Hardcover – October 8, 2024
It seems the Disney/Fantagraphics Target book is going to be published this year as a deluxe edition by fanta, with a slipcase, and i believe it has more pages than the Target edition.

Now I wish I had waited to buy mine. Wonder what the additional content will be.
