I, for one, hope they continue to produce Disney comics despite Coronavirus, and if the IDW comics are cancelled then I hope another publisher is immediately announced.
Assuming Comics and Stories #12 and Uncle Scrooge #56 are already printed, I guess they'll make their way out at some point after this mess is over. There wouldn't be any reason to just let them rot in a warehouse.
Going forward, it seems that IDW will want to focus on their bigger titles for the time being and unfortunately, the Disney titles are among IDW's lowest selling. I would not be surprised if they get cancelled in the near future because of this. Disney's Comics and Stories and Uncle Scrooge were all they had left for ongoing monthly issues and they certainly haven't been favorable with fans as of late anyway.
But Disney Comics and Stories HAS actually been monthly for a good while now, which may say something about the sales. (I too hope the editorial quality can improve, of course.)
Thanks. I didn’t know those 2 IDW books were available to ship directly. In the past it gave me links to comic shops. I’m tempted to pull the trigger on these and the Fantagraphics masters volumes since they also ship - except these are part of my comic shop subscription and I don’t want to leave them in the lurch since as US shops are being bled dry since the main distributor Diamond has stopped shipping orders.

They have Uncle Scrooge #56 listed on their new releases page as "Out this week" but is marked as not available on its page.
It says US #56 is available too on IDW webstore now, while Previews has changed the date to April 22. They are still not available digitally on comiXology, with a June 2020 date listed there.
Anyone actually tried to order the two comics directly from IDW? It could be that they just haven't updated their system and the comics automatically was made avilable for purchase there (even if they might not really be available).
I would imagine the site is still being updated seeing as they were recently selling all the exclusive merch that they were going to have at Wondercon. (None of which is Disney related) Looking at all the titles they have marked as out this week, only those that are graphic novels or trade releases are available to purchase while single issues are not. I don't think graphic novels are being affected by Diamond's shutdown so that makes sense.
My guess is that the new Comics & Stories and Scrooge issues had already been printed before Diamond halted meaning IDW is just sitting on them and decided to make them available on their site incase anybody wants them and they'll be sent out through Diamond proper in the future and the digital versions being released whenever that happens.
The editor of IDW's Sonic The Hedgehog series has confirmed that they still intend to have simultaneous digital and print release dates. At least for that series but I'm going to assume that applies to everything IDW is releasing.
The list of comics currently scheduled to be released next week has been posted. It is a very small list compared to a typical week pre-pandemic and there aren't any Disney titles listed of any sort for this week. (Unless you want to count Star Wars Adventures as a Disney comic) There are a few Dark Horse Disney books listed for the 27th. New solicitations should be out next week if there will still be any Disney related comics going on.
Disney Masters Vol 11: Mickey Mouse - The Ice Sword Saga Book 2 is currently listed for the 27th as well but we'll see when the full listing for that week is out. Disney Comics & Stories #12 is currently scheduled for June 10th, #13 on July 8th, and #14 on September 2nd. Uncle Scrooge #56 and #57 are both scheduled for the same day, June 17th, and #58 for September 23rd.
Any of these release dates can still change but this wouldn't be the first time two issues of Uncle Scrooge came out on the same day after a hiatus either.
Would be a good time to review some of those books and issues... there seems to be much more discussion about content before something is released, then almost nothing! Except the usual niggles about the translations in IDW's stuff.
New comic solicits are out and no new Disney comics from either Dark Horse or IDW have been listed. I wouldn't take this as a sign of anything being cancelled yet though as this could simply be them waiting to catch up with issues solicited in previous months that are now delayed.
