Mysterious Inducks (?) Code: What Story is That?

The old explanatory chart of Gilles Maurice's Duck Family Tree contains a reference to a story to which he simply refers as “IP23461”. An INDUCKS code, one would think, but if so, such an antiquated one that the INDUCKS search engine as it now exists simply won't recognize it. Does anyone know of a way to find the story again?

I can help, but i need the name of the creators of the story and the characters who appear

Stories with a printed code (in the comic book) starting with IP are usually indexed as I TL in inducks. So my first guess would be IP23461 = I TL 2346-1

Thank you. But — you say "first guess" — would you have any others? I don't have any quick way of checking, but the story's synopsis on INDUCKS doesn't seem to fit what Maurice says about the mysterious IP23461, as he says it includes a brief one-panel appearance by "an unnamed cousin of Donald's who hates Christmas but whom Donald visits for Christmas".

IP these days stands for Italy/Panini, so the story must be older than that.

Maybe something from Paperino Mese (I PM) or some other thing coded with I P... ?
