Scrooge would just see his employee as an expense and treat you very coldly. He's a good guy, but you won't get paid very well. Unless you value the work itself, that defeats the purpose of working for someone.
Glomgold is a villain. He probably wouldn't mind if you died on the job. I suspect that, rather than pay you a tiny amount, he wouldn't even honor that. He'd just run off without paying.
Now, Rockerduck is the character I'm the least familiar with. He isn't exactly the most moral person ever, but I don't think he's outright evil. But he seems willing to his spend money, at least. And if I recall correctly, he seems to at least have a good relationship with his assistant or butler or whatever.
Yeah, I think I'd go for Rockerduck. At least I'd get to know his character a bit better.

Agreed. Rockerduck is shady in the way that, let's face it, most big American businessmen are shady; he's only ever seen to outright hire career criminals and the like when he goes overboard with trying to match Scrooge, and although Scrooge enlists his nephews instead of the Beagle Boys, he mostly gives as good as he gets. That "hobby" of besting Scrooge aside, Rockerduck is as close to a normal businessman as there is in Duckburg, he's no miser and he's a good guy at heart, though very flawed.
(Whereas Scrooge and Glomgold #1 would pay you horribly and #2 are complete lunatics.)
