I don't think anthropomorphic fish has been mentioned in this thread yet. The Swedish Kalle Anka & c:o posted thisRiddle story on their Facebook today, and I noticed a seemingly sentient fish to the right in this first panel, seemingly escaping from the Duckburg/Mouseton Aquarium.
There are some disturbing implications here. This aquarium appears to be more like a prison than an aquatic zoo.

Possibly. But unless this fish escaped the other dimension from the story you linked, it is a separate species that is native to the main Duck-/ Mouse universe/dimension.

Cowheads and horseheads are a rarer sight than waterfowls, chickens, bigs, mice, cats and dognoses. But these are sometimes found on the streets of Duckburg or in the billionaire's club. But this has probably already been discussed in this thread or not?
In this José Carioca story (https://inducks.org/story.php?c=B+73263) there's a soccer team with rhinoceros, hyena, crocodile and a snake as the team coach! In this case, the snake is something like a joke (in Brazillian portuguese, you call a "snake" someone you can't trust), but I think it's the kind of animal that does not work as an anthropomorphic character.
There's an episode of House of Mouse where he sings a song explaining his long name and family tree. But it's funny to see the same joke in a comic book panel, even if it's a completely different name!
Clearly, Panhito was a drifter while travelling in The USA, giving out false names at times, to hide his real identity. Perhaps he did that to avoid having to provide child support payments for children he spawned during such visits?
Story H 2022-177 features Dokus Duif, Donald Duck's pigeon-tailed Gooseville counterpart. (Don't be fooled by the name: Dutch makes no distinction between pigeons and white doves.)

Gooseville? Is that just an alternate name for Goosetown or something else entirely?
B 910036, Um Reino de Dar Pena (in an universe with aquatic beings similar to Fethry and Donald) - an anthropomorphic fish trying to eat a sandwich of... other atropomorphic (or at least speaking and alive) fish.
