The Walt Disney Legacy Collection was a sister series of sorts to the Walt Disney Treasures line from 2006. It got canceled after a single wave of four sets (all four focusing on the True Life Adventure movies), with two of the announced sets for wave 2 (Oswald and Disneyland: Secrets, Stories & Magic) being turned into Treasures sets, and the third one (Destino) getting canceled after initial plans of turning that one too into a Treasure set got dropped.
Thanks. What "barks" is referring to, though, seems to be the imaginary Blu-ray series described on that Wiki.
Yeah, I can see that now. Never heard of that thing before, so my thoughts went straight to the eries that actually did have this name, and which seems tobe very underreported on the Internet. Shame, it was a good series, even though it felt a bit pointless to make it separate from Treasures.
DVD/Blu-Ray is the past...streaming (Disney+) is the one basket that Disney is putting all their eggs into now (for better or worse), and classics are of a low priority for them, it seems.

The lack of classics, or nearly anything Disney made prior to 1990, is becoming ridiculous. I’m to the point I’m ready to give up on the service.
