I've found some others relatives that I don't think are on the tree, or can be corrected.
One is Jellat de' Scalognati, a very distant relative of Gladstone who recently died and left to him a terrein around Duckburg as inheritance. From Zio Paperone e l'incentivo dell'eredità
From Zio Paperone e il castello del commodoro came "commodoro" de' Paperoni, who already is on your tree as Teobaldo mcDuck (I guess the name comes from one of the translations or successive reprints, because in the 1971 version he is only called "commodoro"). Most probably commodoro isn't his name, instead a title equivalent to commodore. A minor thing, but the image in the tree isn't the commodore, but Scrooge dressed as him.
In the same story we also see Ermenegildo de' Paperoni, great explorer and a possible heir for the castle before Scrooge. He isn't explicitly mentioned as Scrooge's relative, but him being a possible heir make him probably related to the commodore at the same distance of Scrooge, and the same surname of Scrooge and the commodore imply him being the son of a brother of both the commodore and Scrooge father.

A character that, despite having the same surname of Scrooge is explicitely stated in-story not being related to him, is Desmond, only heir of Arpagone de' Paperoni, homonym of Scrooge's grandfather. This means that the (probably paternal, seen the same surname of the grandson) grandfather of Scrooge is called Arpagone de' Paperoni. He would probably be placed where Titus "Dingus" mcDuck is. Does this means that we have to conflate different characters like has been done for Roger Scrooge "Potluck" mcDuck (really an easy name, if you compress it a little bit more it becomes a series of i and l )? It's your tree, so yours is the choice.
Right, I remember merging commodoro and Teobaldo. I think they are two separate characters, but decided to merge them as both were seafaring officers and wore similar clothing, and as you say, "commodoro" is likely not a name. I should separate them, though! I'll look into it!
I'm not sure how to handle Arpagone de' Paperoni yet. In this case, there's an English name established with contradicting names in other languages. In Roger Scrooge "Potluck"'s case, that's three different English names in conflict with each other.
However, for now, I would be okay with pretending that Arpagone is the Italian name of Titus. So, while his full English name would be 'Titus "Dingus" McDuck', his full Italian name would be 'Arpagone "Dingo" de' Paperoni'.
Does that work, or have I misunderstood everything?
