analysis of stories in La Storia Universale Disney: Paperamses e altre storie:
In Pipsettete e la piena del Nilo there is an unnamed pharaoh. A goofy-like character says "Cups? Those are a thing of the First Dynasty!", implying that the current dynasty is a successive one. There are pyramids around, and a worksite for a Sphynx (but probably isn't the first one, because Sphinx-themed souvenirs are already selling).
The story implies that, while some floods already existed, it's a pippide that created the beneficial flooding of the Nile that helped farmers.
In the other new story, Zio Paperone e l'enigma della sfinge, there are no new pharaohs, but we are shown the Sphynx of Gizeh. But that too isn't probably the one from Paperiside-story, because the tourist guide says "With the body of a lion and an human head, depicting the egyptian god Rha".
What gives more informations are the articles. One dida claims that Paperamses is Donald's ancestor, and notices that Paperamses' headset only wears a cobra, so it is possible that he reigned only the Upper Egypt. The other confirms that was a Goofy's ancestor that "invented" the beneficial flooding of the Nile.

In La piramide di TUTANKRAPFEN we are shown the pyramid and a portrait of the pharaoh TUTANKRAPFEN, the most gluttonous pharaoh of all Egypt. Plus on an iscription there is the whole menù of the wedding dinner of the daughter of the pharaoh (probably this pharaoh, since it is in his pyramid).
Zio Papirone e gli inviti del faraone is set in 3000 b.C. Egypt. We see an unnamed pharaoh and his wife. There is also a mention to "the pyramid of CHEOPE".
In Bum Bum e il faraone empio we are told of two generations of pharaohs: pharaoh MEDUNZEH was a good and just ruler, and during his reign arts and commerce flourished. When old, he chose to retire and travel around the world. Leaving the throne to his two sons, SAKKÂRA and ABUSÎR. But soon SAKKÂRA imprisoned the brother and started a dictatorship, gaining the title of "faraone empio" ("impious pharaoh"). At this point Bum Bum Ghigno is brought back in time, arriving to the pharaoh's court. Here he's able to solve his anger problems, finding that those where caused by his too tight nemes. Then the pharaoh frees the brother, and returns to co-rule with him.
The history books tells a different story, saying that the pharaoh was convinced by a pleading message of the brother, but we as omniscient readers know that Bum Bum version is true, because he has dates in in ocket that he stole in Egypt, and later was found a statue of the pharaoh with a baseball hat, a gift from Bum Bum.
Indiana Pipps e l'ultimo faraone shows a different period of the egyptian history, one of decline. It starts in 350 b.C., when pharaoh NECTARIO I and his son NECTANEBO are hold prisoners in a persian prison. Then, in the present day, we are at Louvre, where is held a bas-relief depicting the escape of NECTANEBO II from the persian cell where he was hold with his father. The art is tipical of the thirtieth dynasty, so we can assume that the two pharaohs are of this. We also see another flashback, this in 343 b.C., where NECTANEBO has already returned in Egypt, and searched for years with no result a scepter that his father told about, with the power to defeat the enemies. Unsuccessful, he can only flee while the persians invade Memphis, where his court his. Here two soldiers find the scepter inside a statue, and gift it to their ruler, ARTASERSE III. He inadvertently active it, bringing to life something that scare the persian army (so maybe we can imagine that the egyptian history went differently in the comics universe than in our own? In our ARTASERSE would have started the 31st dynasty, but seeing that here he flees, and NECTARIO is called "I" = "the First", we could think that there has been at least a "Second").
The scepter is then thrown into a well, where remained until recently, and then is exposed at Louvre. Here the most knoweldgable XXX dynasty historian, Edward G. Ampollion, recognise it and stole it to revive all statues and rule the world. He self-proclaims himself Ampollion I, the last pharaoh. He revives at least four statues, of which only two we know the name from the story: the London one is THUTMOSIS I, the egyptian is (probably) RAMSES II from the site of Abu Simbel, and the ones from the museums of Torino and Parigi are unnamed (but is possible that one of the two is a different numbered THUTMOSIS).
The archeologist Ampollion tells the story, that he found after years of research, of how the statues can return to life. Millennia ago, priests discovered the secret to bring statues to life, and being control by a scepter. They planted those "hearts of energy" in statues of their rulers, and the secret was transmitted to pharaoh in pharaoh. But the statues were never used and were brought over time in museums all around the world.
During a fight between Indiana and Ampollion, the scepter is destroyed, and the statues returned at their museums.
