Nope, sorry, now that I've checked, it explicitly says here that the digital version of Topolino magazine is available only in Italy, the small inner independent Republic of San Marino, and the Pope's front yard: You can however subscribe to the printed paper edition! If you live outside of Italy, you have to fill the form here, paying by card. The annual cost is 156€ (3 euros per weekly copy) + 91.56€ for shipping. Basically, it's 4.75€ (5.6$) per weekly copy, comprehensive of shipping.
I hope this post will help everyone interested. (I remember that I checked this a couple of years ago, because somebody else was asking the same question in this forum. Back then, Panini's website stated that you had to call them by phone to arrange the international shipping. Now they seem to have improved.)
Hey I'm sorry to reply to this much later, but I have just checked out the form itself for a few details, and apparently I can't click on the Topolino comic? I searched Topolino on the left side, clicked on the comic and it just brings me back to the homepage without anything. I thought it was a problem with my IP, but an Italian VPN didn't work either. Can you help confirm for me if you can access Topolino's subscription there or not?
If people don't mind, I'm interested in a related question: Is there a way to order the physical books from the USA? The Panini site doesn't allow shipping to the US, but maybe there are other outlets that do?
And as for vintage comics issues, has anyone found a good site to order old back issues of Italian comics from the US? I'd love to collect some from the '60s and '70s, etc.

Does Topolino only publish mouse and duck comics?
It seems like it's a kind of waste not to publish stories from other Disney properties, Walt Disney Comics and Stories would publish things like Brer Rabbit, or Scamp, or Bucky Bug or whatnot.
But everytime a Topolino story is posted online it is related to Mickey or Donald or their support casts, why not to stick stories about the movies and such.

There used to be non-Duck/non-Mouse comics in Topolino up until like the late 80s /early 90s all the time, but have been much rarer since then. In the last 10 years only two such comics were published in Topolino: an 8-page Frozen comic and an 8-page Finding Nemo comic. But neither were made for Topolino. The last non-Duck/non-Mouse comic that was made for Topolino (meaning it has a story code starting with I TL), was a 4-page Ratatouille comic published in 2007.

Thanks.
It's a letdown. Decades of nonstop stories only featuring two casts, where nobody ever changes that much, with nothing else in the books? Even though those casts are sprawling, doesn't it ever start feeling samey after a while?

To be fair, even though they focus pretty much exclusively on the the Mouse and Duck universes nowadays, the Italians do expand those two universes constantly. A few examples:

On a related note: I often marvel at how intricate and complex the Duck universe has become, especially considering it all started with a side character of a 1934 Silly Simphony cartoon. Essentially the entire Duck universe is a gigantic spin-off of The Wise Little Hen. Also, imagine if instead of Donald, another The Wise Little Hen character, Peter Pig had become the character Donald is now. Maybe we would have a "The Life and Times of Scrooge McPig"!
Hmm... that could work as the plot of a crazy Donald Duck comic in which Donald travels to an alternate universe in which Peter Pig occupies his role. Peter Pig with his three piglet nephews living in Pigburg and going treasure hunting with Uncle Scrooge McPig every once in a while!
You're closer than you know—there were 1970s Looney Tunes comics created at Western using surplus Donald Duck scripts that were repurposed for Porky and Bugs. In them, we meet Porky's rich Uncle Hogitall, effectively a pig version of Scrooge.
As for Peter, he actually has appeared in a few modern-day stories, at least once presented as the useless nephew of Duckburg's pig mayor, in a kind of Donald and Scrooge analogue. (This is IMHO an ideal role for him; I'm amazed it hasn't been shown more often.)

Hallo after a long while, everyone! I have a little question around this topic.
From what I can see, the Topolino online shop still only ships to Italy and San Marino. That made me sad as I really wanted to buy some of the newest issues of ducks/mouses magazines with the character medals. Then I remembered this forum and wondered if someone from Italy/SM would perhaps be willing to buy them for me & ship to Poland? Or maybe you already have the issues, but don't need the medals, then I could buy only the latter from you.

Another place to look is eBay.it --sometimes I can find recent issues as well as older ones, with or without the accompanying coins/cards/whatever. You may also be able to find the character medals separately for sale there. It's up to eBay sellers which countries they're willing to ship to.
Re: ordering from Italy, folks may have luck just working with a local shop that sells on-line, as well, and is able to ship internationally. I've ordered vintage Topolino issues and new compilations that way.
