So several of the surviving Laugh-O-Gram Studio, Alice Comedies and the Disney-made Oswald the Lucky Rabbit cartoons have been released on DVD or Blu-Ray but not all of them. The releases so far:
Non-Disney releases:
Alice in Cartoonland: The Original Alice Comedies (10 Alice shorts)
Alice in Cartoonland: The 35mm Collector's Set (10 Alice shorts, some overlap with the above)
Cartoon Rarities of the 1920s (1 Laugh-O-Grams + 1 Alice + 1 Oswald shorts)
The Legendary Laugh-o-Grams Fairy Tales (4 Laugh-O-Grams shorts)
Disney releases:
Alice in Wonderland (1 Alice short)
Bambi (1 Oswald short)
Beauty and the Beast (4 Laugh-O-Grams shorts)
Cinderella (1 Laugh-O-Grams short)
Pinocchio (1 Oswald short)
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1 Oswald short)
Walt Disney Treasures: Disney Rarities: Celebrated Shorts: 1920s–1960s (7 Alice shorts)
Walt Disney Treasures: The Adventures of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit (13 Oswald shorts + 3 Alice shorts)
As you can see, you have to buy several different releases if you want to collect them all. Not to mention that several of the surviving pre-Mickey shorts have not been released on DVD or Blu-Ray at all. I really wish Disney released all of the surviving pre-Mickey shorts in one box set. Next year's 100th anniversary of the Disney company would be a perfect occasion for such a box set. One can dream...
