Many different artists draw the drawings of the logo/lead-in bar for "Brief van de Week". The artwork for your example doesn't quite look to me like Jan-Roman Pikula's drawing style for The Ducks. You could look up that issue (Nr. 13 from 2022) in Inducks, and see who drew that page.
Does any of you know the name of the artist who draws the illustrations appearing in the readers' mail page in Dutch Donald Duck weekly?
INDUCKS does not list those pages, might it be Pikula?
Example:
hi, sim! like you, i would also say that these are drawn by Pikula. it bears the same soft style of his. of course, i can’t know for sure, but looking at the samples i see the same style
It looks to me like there are two different styles, one of which looks a bit like it could be Pikula's. The top horizontal logo bar, and the remaining, lower illustrations. Although, I would have guessed that the entire page should have been drawn by one artist.
In the colofon at the bottom of the page, the people who worked on the issue are credited in the first row. This includes the tekenafdeling (art department), listing Maarten Gerritsen, Dorith Graef, Michel Nadorp, and Jan-Roman Pikula. I think these are the staff artists responsible for the mail page and other special items. Alternatively, you may find artist below aan deze editie werkten mee (people who worked on this issue), which includes a whole lot of people. You will find some of their names on the INDUCKS page: inducks.org/issue.php?c=nl%2FDD2022-13
In this instance, I think you've rightly identified the work as Pikula's, though I'm not entirely sure about that top banner.

Thanks. I read those name and looked for them, Pikula was the most similar to me.
I actually am looking for the artist of this very drawing of Gladstone, in order to credit him/her properly on my blog:

Of all the in-house editorial artists, based on looking at the example art in their Inducks indexes, it appears to me that the top logo bar was drawn by Maarten Gerritsen, and all the remaining, lower art was drawn by Jan-Roman Pikula. Based on the look of the drawing of Gladstone and his father, I would say that neither Gerritson nor Pikula drew that one. Of the in-house artists, Michel Nadorp's style is closest for that one. What is the source for your verification of Pikula having drawn the Gladstone drawing?
