A look there confirms it. D 99290 (MM 261) and D 2000-038 (MM 282), as well as a few more that never made it to the States.
In addition to her appearance in the first (September 18, 1932) and last (November 6, 1932) Sunday pages of M&F's first story (which runs for eight Sunday pages), she is mentioned at least two other times in Gottfredson's body of work:
*Sunday page of March 31, 1935 (first panel):
*Daily strip of April 14, 1939 (the first one of the 31-strip contnuity Unhappy Campers), second panel. I can't find a good quality scan in English:
By the way, I heard that Egmont gave Mrs. Fieldmouse the first name Felicity in the eight stories they produced with her in the period 2000-2008. Did Gemstone keep that name in the Egmont stories that were published in Mickey Mouse #261 and #282?
Also, it would be interesting to have a good quality version of this 11-page story by Wilfred Haughton, which was published in England in 1935 and was never reprinted anywhere. Inducks includes Mrs. Fieldmouse in the list of characters and describes the tale as "Rather silly story of how MM and MI adopted MF". This is a low quality version of the first page, showing an "Uncle Fieldmouse":
