Since it's just a page and a half, I'm hoping it's OK to post the flashback scene to Scrooge's sole family celebration of Christmas in his childhood, according to Byron Erickson and Andrea Ferraris' "Donald's Homemade Christmas":

Always good to see modern cartoonists acknowledging the continuity of "Life and Times"!! (AKA not drawing Scrooge like a miniature version of his modern self with his red coat, sideburns and glasses!!)

My favorite thing about this flashback scene is the fact that Fergus gives Scrooge a special box for his earnings. This means that Papa made the ur-Money Bin, which adds another layer to the Bin's symbolic value for Scrooge.
