Francesco Artibani just said on Facebook that a couple of years ago he proposed a plot where Della appeared as a treasure hunter going around the word (next to her husband). The idea was refused directly by Disney in the US. (For hot stuff like this the plots are sent directly to Disney.)
Huh! I've seen so many analysis of this pilot and I'm shock nobody pointed out this goof yet!
Webby said that the Medusa gauntlet changes any organic matter it touches into stone. While it make sence it didn't efect Scrooges money... Shoudn't his hand be rock-solid now?
Know as Maciej Kur, Mr. M., Maik, Maiki, Pan, Pan Miluś and many other names.

Well, I presume it doesn't affect the wearer. Kinda like how King Midas wouldn't turn himself to gold by wiping his nose, even if any food he touched did turn to gold.
Still calling it now : Lena is Magica. I haven't seen the epsiode yet but damn it, when I guest the twist in "Zootopia" 1/3 into the movie I was alone in the theatre so I wan't to have satyfaction at least this once

Don't you dare call her "Lena". It's Well-Travelled Teen LenaTM or nothing! (That she might be Magica in disguise didn't occur to me. It's possible, I guess.)

Huh ... if we're looking for Magica-in-disguise, I wonder if it's this woman ...
For an unnamed background character, she's certainly around a lot. She was seen interviewing for a job with Glomgold alongside Donald, then was a reporter at Glomgold/Scrooge's press conference, and now is apparently riding with the Ducks on a bus ... I'd watch Ol' Number One carefully whenever she's around.

That's a good point. Most people assumed she was a cameo of relatively-obscure character Roxanne, Max Goof's girlfriend, (This is, among others, how the Nostalgia Critic interpreted it.) but I guess you might be right and her resemblance to Roxanne merely a coincidence. Or, as a third option, they may just be trying to revive the old DuckTales' cute tradition of reoccurring background characters like Quacky McSlant and Vacation Van Honk, both whom were characters with peculiar designs but not much personality who kept popping up as extras. Even their names are never mentioned in the show (and, for the longest time, kid-me believed Vacation Van Honk was Gus Goose and Quacky McSlant was Whitewater Duck!).

Has this been mentioned here? The episode guide on wikipedia has the titles and airdates for the next six episodes. There will be two episodes releasing next weekend and one episode every week after until at least October 21st. I don't think any of these episode titles count as spoilers.
Episode 2: Day Trip of Doom! - Airs September 23rd Episode 3: The Great Dime Chase - Airs September 23rd Episode 4: The Beagle Birthday Massacre - Airs September 30th Episode 5: The Tunnel of Terra (firmians) - Airs October 7th Episode 6: The Infernal Internship of Mark Beaks - Airs October 14th Episode 7: The House of the Lucky Gander - Airs October 21st
Mark Beaks from episode 6 seems to be a new character. Gladstone and the Terra Firmians have already been confirmed for this series by Webby's chart in the first episode.

"The House of the Lucky Gander" is apparently a casino Gladstone owns. Is that a brilliant idea or what?
Man, Gyro's new persona might be my first big "DuckTales" disapointment. He's way to much of a egomaniacal jerk and not like the humble Gyro we know and love. It would fit Ludwik von Drake, I guess but not Gyro... Also I love Jim Rash as Marcus in "Mike Tyson Mysteries" but I cannot help to think he just playing the same character...

More than OOC, it is the opposite character. Nevertheless, in this clip he is very cool. I like it. The "Gyro, what did we say about other people..." thing with Scrooge is hilarious. Not very original, but perfectly executed.

Ugh, yeah, this isn't Gyro. Gyro is humble, self-effacing and understated. This character is brash, arrogant, condescending and full of himself. Gyro is socially awkward too, but because of his reticence, not brusqueness. Indeed, it appears the creators are trying to channel Ludwig Von Drake here (no big surprise, Angones' past comments showed that he thought the two characters were interchangeable). Ludwig is not an inventor, so in a way I'm glad they didn't make that mistake (a la Quack Pack, House of Mouse or Mickey Mouse Clubhouse), but this version of Gyro rubs me the wrong way. I do like Scrooge's "vulture capitalist" board of directors though, we get a better look at them here than in the pilot.
