Good point! Were the Duck Universe Marx Brothers family also from Elsass (Alsace), as in our Universe? Did Groucho also have his terrific Alsatian dialect accent that he used in several films in The Duck Universe?
I mean, probably? They look pretty close to the real-life selves — they're even full humans rather than dognoses. The cartoon's versions of Charlie Chaplin, Laurel & Hardy and Harpo looked and behaved like their screen alter-egos rather than as actors, but at the same time there was an Italian one-pager showing Donald and Daisy watching a Charlie Chaplin picture. Maybe in that universe they are more similar to their screen selves and made pictures just like Mickey or (in some people's headcanon) Donald, where they pretty much acted as themselves in an exaggerated manner.
Then I guess that you would like the Time Machine story Topolino e il mistero di Stanlio & Ollio (1989), in which Mickey and Goofy time travel to discover how Laurel and Hardy became a comic duo, and discover that their real-life personas were identical to their screen personas.
So I know it's been a while but my mind drifted back to this again and I just wanted to post the full list of characters I haven't been able to identify, in order from oldest to youngest, then left to right.
In fact I think I'll give a physical description of every character I'm looking for, just in case it helps.
* Kerababor McDuck - A really awesome looking duck in a snazzy eighteenth-century type outfit. Most of his possible siblings are sea captains so I'd imagine he is too. Listed as Scrooge's great-great-great-uncle. * Pataco Gadwall - Listed as Grandma's great-grandfather. The icon Maurice used here indicates he was only ever mentioned, not seen. * Angus Duck - Another Angus from the other side of the family, and another elderly farmer. Listed as Grandpa's brother. * Wilma McDuck - A youthful looking female cousin of Scrooge, with blonde hair and a blue tartan cap. * Sandy McDuck - A cousin of Scrooge that looks a lot like him, but in a more traditional business suit and no hat. * Audree Duck - An aunt of Donald's, seen only in a picture from the looks of it. * Alvilda Shelduck - Boy do I wish I knew who this was. She's listed as Daisy's aunt and seemingly has no picture. Probably a needle in a haystack more than any of the others. "Shelduck," if you didn't know, isn't an official name, but Maurice's placeholder for Daisy's maternal relatives. * Dustin and Beckey Duck - Seemingly cousins of Daisy and only mentioned, not seen.

Wow, thanks! Would you happen to have a scan of him, or the story's Inducks page? Wasn't able to find it myself.
Oops! I made a mistake! Reunion instead of Tradition. But that is right now.
Wow, thank you so much!
Any ideas on the other pirate duck on the tree, Kerababor? I'm increasingly thinking that might be a typo - Googling that name just comes back with references to this character, most copied directly from Maurice and none with a source. So it doesn't even seem to be a real word, in any language.
Bovspryd Mcduck is from Branca’s “Family Reunion”,just so you know it!
It didn't occur to me to check this, but Bovspryd ("Bowsprit") McDuck may just be his Danish name—in Egmont's English original, Scrooge's ancestor in "Family Reunion" is actually Seafoam McDuck from Barks' "Horseradish Story"; Branca just drew him differently from how we're used to.

!!!
Darned INDUCKS and their design-based Appearances system. Thank you very much. I read the story (in French, which just calls him Captain McDuck) and I had no idea.
