So, depending on when Donald met Daisy for the first time... do you take into account Taliaferro's comic strip where she is Donald's new neighbour and she makes him fall in love with him with a simple look and "hello"?

In my usual all-inclusive view of things, they did meet in high school (or maybe even before that — does any story show them as childhood friends? There might be one). I don't disregard the Taliaferro strips per se, but I pretend to see it as a "boy, that girl I used to know sure grew up pretty" moment rather than a first meeting. Presumably Donald and Daisy hadn't seen each other in a while at that point, since the whole "Donald left Daisy and romanced Donna" thing would have made things pretty awkward between them.

They are shown as childhood friends in the Disney Babies series*, in the story "Trauma" (PKNA#10), in the Paperino Paperotto/Donald Duckling series, in the first stories with Papertotti (which are not in continuity with Paperino Paperotto), and in two episodes of Geradts's "Donald's first..." one-page series.
In my headcanon I generally see the Donald from newspaper comics/animation as being a different character from the comic book Donald, but I make exceptions for important things like Donald's firt meeting with Daisy. So, for me they met as shown in Daisy's first strips by Karp/Taliaferro, which I see as happening shortly before "Mr. Duck Steps Out".
I disgregard all other "first meeting" scenes from either animation ("Donald's Diary", which I see as a costumed story anyway) or comics. Indeed, it would be interesting to make a list of all alternate fist meetings, not only for Donald and Daisy, but also for other characters.
*I never read a story of this series: is it ever explained who is the legal guardian of each character?

They met in this small mexican village, Donald was riding a burro so she shunned him, but later on he got a car and they started to get along. After a while she moved with him to US, learned the language and perfected her accent, now she sounds better than Donald.

That would imply that Donna and Daisy are the same character, something that was denied by the Karp/Taliaferro strips of the 1950's and 1960's and also by three stories from recent years (including one from 2017).
Even the one story that assumes they are the same person doesn't say they met in a Mexican village, but assumes they already knew each other before going to Mexico.
Honestly I never heard of Donna before and I was kidding you know. Check this page, there is part about Donna Duck which supports both our opinions. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daisy_Duck

I know about that page, and there was even a discussion about the Daisy/Donna issue in another thread.
You said you were kidding, but I don't understand at which point you did that. And how could you have never heard of Donna given that you described the short in which she appears? Unless the moment in which you were kidding was when you said "Honestly I never heard of Donna before".
I though that was Daisy, I never heard of Donna. I was kidding about the mexico origins post
I get it. As for the name "Donna", no one actually heard of it, since it is written in a sign near her house but is not actually mentioned in a dialogue. Of course, it's easy to miss (or forget about) that sign.
According to YD 62-07-19, Donald and Daisy first met when they were somewhere between 5 and 10 years old. I would have preferred if YD 40-11-04 depicted their first meeting; when Daisy moved into Donald's neighborhood.
In Young Donald Duck, the two of them meet in school. Fourth grade to be exact. Daisy is out jogging, and Donald falls in love with her as soon as he sees her. We find out that Daisy has a dance performance in school, but another girl tries to sabotage her. Donald steps in to sabotage the sabotaging girl. Then Daisy kisses him. Wow.
Over in Club Donald Duck, the two of them meet... in school. Donald accidentally blows up and crash-lands in Daisy's water melon plant during botany-class. Not much later she enters the same train as Donald, and we're told that hes already in love with her. This is especially odd, since up until this point in the story, Donald has had another love-interest. However, as soon as Daisy is introduced, this other love-interest is largely forgotten and adds nothing more to the story. Daisy participates in a sport that Donald and his friends made up, and I guess they are in love at the end... ?
I still prefer them just coincidentally meeting as Daisy moves in next to him, as seen in the Taliaferro-strips.
My own headcanon is that Donald met Daisy as an adult, sometime after his first adventures with Mickey and Goofy.
Has he had his nephews around longer than he's known Daisy? That's strange to think about, but she was introduced later.
I mean if you take the shorts for canon, Mr. Duck Steps Out (1940) seems to depict their first date and Donald seems to be long acquainted with his newphews in it.
