Thank you for the info. I've added "Mickey Mouse Annual 1934" to the Inducks. You'll be able to upload a cover scan using the following URL (it will be online in a few hours): coa.inducks.org/publication.php?c=ca%2FMMA&pg=img&num=1
Regarding the other three comic books you list:
- Mickey Mouse Frolics 1935 (Canadian) Published by The Musson Book Company Ltd. Toronto "Has the same cover as Mickey Mouse Annual # 3 United Kingdom"
Note that we also have a MM Annual with the same cover (see coa.inducks.org/issue.php?c=ca/MMA++33#a ). Can you confirm this one is different? Does this contain any comic strip (e.g. with balloons)?
- Mickey Mouse Adventures 1933 (Canadian) The Musson Book Company Ltd.Toronto "Has the same cover as Mickey Mouse Annual #2 United Kingdom"
Does this contain any comic strip (e.g. with balloons)?
- The Adventures of Mickey Mouse:Book One (Canadian) 1934 The Musson Book Company Ltd.Toronto
Does this contain any comic strip (e.g. with balloons)? This looks like a reprint of a US book (withour comic strip).
There have been official English translations/prints of Topolino e la spada di ghiaccio: Mickey Mouse in the Sword of Ice. But InDucks doesn't mention them at all.

That's because Inducks doesn't index the ComiXology downloadable translations, for some reason.
Has IDW's hardcover release of The Search for the Zodiac Stone ever been added to the database? I just bought it today and want to add it to my virtual collection but I can't seem to find it and it's not in the list of publications on that story's page.

Those comics are digital-exclusive?

Note that we are still discussing how much of these we want to index (for instance we may not index digital comics that are identical to previously-printed comics). In fact, it is not even sure we will index any of those, in the end.

So this is just a test for now.
If I may throw my two cents in the vote, I approve of your current decision (indexing the new stuff but not the facsimile of printed issues).

I think it's a very good idea to finally index all those digital-exclusive ComiXology translations. After all they are official releases, and (although much-maligned) the majority of them aren't available in English in printed form.
I don't know how others feel about it but to me, having the Digital Comics section as its own country seems weird to me. What would happen if other countries started releasing comics digitally in their own languages? Do they all just get lumped together? I think maybe they would be better off listed as a separate category under US like hardcover books and trade releases are when viewing the list of publications. Comixology is only available to US residents so its not like this is anything that's accessible to people who are elsewhere.
As for indexing digital copies of issues that are available digitally, there's a part of me that says why not? because each IDW issue already has multiple entries for variant covers anyway but I honestly have no preference one way or the other. If it does anything to influence your decision, some of the digital IDW releases have small previews for other issues at the end of them.

That's not true, there are even French, EU-English and UK-English versions of the website. But depending on your IP-address you won't be able to view all publishers/issues on comiXology. And even if you use the American website on an American computer (or VPN) you won't be able to purchase some comics if you use an Amazon account or payment method registered in another country. But if you use the EU version where the comics are priced in Euro you can buy Disney comics on there if you live in Europe (I've done it)
comiXology also has lots of comics in non-English language, ex. from Panini Italia (but so far no Disney comics)
Maybe comiXology could be it's own section in inducks, but then Amazon, iTunes etc. should have one too. They are also multi-region platforms where you can buy digital Disney comics.
