My most controversial favorite is "Driven to Distraction" currently at 37405/42298. It's a gag story so I know those usually do not get the highest ratings, but I thought it was cleverly executed and fun.
I am looking forward to see everyone else’s picks:)
Making a search in Inducks by "stories that I have" and ordered by "votes", my favorites from the last page are "Interplanetary Postman", "Zio Paperone e l'avventura oceanica", "Eta Beta e il pianeta congelato", "Shanghaied Trio" and "Paperino e l'esperienza da fantascienza"; of these, I think "Interplanetary Postman" is the story with lowest ranking (42119/42298).

Since I don't keep track of the INDUCKS rating of the stories I like, I don't have a way to answer this definitively. I came up with a couple of stories I like with ratings over 30,000: A Páscoa É Nossa, a Brazilian story by Anonymous, which is both a favorite Daisy story and a favorite Easter story for me--Scrooge tries to monopolize Duckburg's supply of Easter candy, and Daisy gets the Ducks making their own chocolates, leading to chocolate bubbles all over the neighborhood (due to sabotage); and In Slumberland by Gorm Transgaard, where the search for a sleep aid leads to the discovery of cute soporific squirrels whose nests look like top hats. The INDUCKS raters clearly don't appreciate cute little critters in top-hat nests the way I do.
But I don't know how to factor in the stories I like which have no INDUCKS rating at all. This is not uncommon for stories which were published in, say, the Dutch Katrien comic. I particularly like Kikkersprongen en apenkooien! by Pascal Oost & Wilma van den Bosch--the way April, May and June finally trap Magica within a circle is quite clever, and the plotting in general is well done. I'm also fond of Jaako Seppälä's Look for Life, which is kind of my ideal Junior Woodchucks story.
