On the Inducks page of the Stabile/Rota & Rota story Come ai vecchi tempi, the English description says Grandma Duck is "the" real friend of Scrooge. Those of you who have read the story: are Scrooge and Grandma/Elvira presented in this story as siblings? Because if they are, the story won't work for me and there's no point in my trying to get it.

No, they aren't. Vito is really faithful to Barks and Rosa. Scrooge needs to find his best friend for some contract, but apparently nobody likes him very much... There is also a flashback to Scrooge and Grandma years ago, but they are not presented as relatives.
