Apologies if this isn't the right place to be posting this, but I'm genuinely baffled by it and just trying to figure things out.
So, when the Floyd Gottfredson Library books were coming out, I didn't really focus on them, being more of a Duck fan than a Mouse one. In the end, I got all but two volumes, 9 & 10, believing that they'd be readily available when I went back for them.
It's been ages, and I can still find pretty much no trace of either volume individually OR the slipcover set.
Is there something that stands out about this set to make it so rare? Pretty much all of the other ones seem available in some capacity, whereas this one just seems to have vanished from existence.
Resident autistic, diabetic duck fan.
I love hearing about bizarre/obscure Disney works - recommendations welcome!
I’m with you; all I need is volume 10 and I’ll be darned if I can find it. A copy popped up about six months ago on Amazon at a time when I couldn’t afford it, and I haven’t seen it since. I discovered volume 9 in a local comic book store, but couldn’t find that either until I truly lucked out. My comic book shelf is in my bedroom, and every night I go to sleep staring at that gaping hole where volume 10 should go.
