Hello everyone! I was going through another reading of Don Rosa's "The Once and Future Duck," and I thought: "Surely there must be other stories in which our favorite ducks interact with a version of King Arthur (or any other character from the associated mythos)?"
I'm pretty sure I've read several in the past, but I can't seem to remember any off the top of my head.
Ringing any bell?

Arthur (see why he's interested in Arthurian myth?) Faria's O Anel de Stonehenge printed in Picsou 244 has the Ducks encountering Merlin *and* Maga Le Fey, ancestor of Magica, and reminiscent of Morgan le Fay. She's listed in INDUCKS' appearances list, even though she only appears in this story. I rather like the idea of Morgan le Fay being an ancestor of Magica!
There are the stories which bring characters from The Sword in the Stone together with characters from other Disney movies and comics. An INDUCKS search for Merlin + Donald will find you several Italian Duck crossovers. (It looks like more than several, but ten of those entries are one 40-page Cimino story.) Of course Mim from SitS broke off from that franchise to become a freestanding character in the Duckworld...but she's not original to the Arthurian mythos, she's a creation of T. H. White.
Donald only joins Wart in one Kingdom Hearts story (Sisti's) and an Italian parody of Ende's The Neverending Story. I don't know whether the Ducks have encountered Arthur outside of his Wart avatar in comics other than Rosa's.
