I guess the question was if the collector issues distributed outside of Russia should be listed as their own entries in the database in addition to the one you linked. Which I think is a fair question, and the answer might not be that obvious.
I don't have any of these comics to compare, but if the comics sold in USA, Germany and Netherlands are the same printing as the one sold in Russia (no way to tell them apart) – then we would only index the packaging. This might be useful for a collector, but the inducks database usually doesn't list variants of comics as different comic books (different editions, printings, price variants, newsstand/direct editions, printing errors etc.) if the content is the same. So the way the database is, the answer is probably "no", a different packaging should not be listed.
Generally, it would be interesting to know if there are any significant differences between the different printings of some of the volumes.
I have both the first and third printing of Vol 7 "Donald Duck: Lost in the Andes". Both have the same version of Race to the South Seas!, and the error in the story notes about this story is still present in the 3rd printing.
Lost in the Andes have three printings already?? I thought there were only two.
Probably have more. The 3rd printing is dated November 2014, and my copy came in the box set (didn't know they were doing box sets when I bought the 1st printing). The box sets usually have later printings of the books.

All Disney comics from IDW and Dark Horse have been removed from comiXology, suggesting their license have ended. But Random House seems to be continuing with the movie adaptations, with Raya and the Last Dragon already out, Turning Red coming in February (before its movie release!) and Encanto and Lightyear graphic novels are also listed on Amazon.
The last Pixar adaptation we got was Onward published by Dark Horse, but I havent seen any comic adaptation of Soul or Luca. Anyone seen those published anywere in the world?
According to the inducks database, a little over 300 S-coded stories have been published in English in Australia, and more than 600 stories are published in English in the UK. But I won't reccomend getting the British ones as most of those are remounted and cut ..and with really ugly coloring.
But I guess people talking about them on forums mostly have read them in another language.
I bought a bunch of Indian Disney comics on the Indian eBay years ago. But it looks like they closed down that in 2018. Most were in English but a few in Hindi too. Doing a search for "disney comic india" on ebay.com now I get some results, but at ridiculous prices! With a bit patience you might find some for a reasonable price there.
I would love to know a place to get the Indian Adventures of Donald Duck comics in different languages too! One of my sub-collections is getting Disney comics from all over the world and in different languages.
The book was originally listed at $125, but was later changed to $250. Here is what Don said about this on "The Official Don Rosa Group" on Facebook:
"But something I should try to explain which is on everyone's minds: this wild pre-order price. As I understand it, getting listed on Amazon and other such sites in time for October (Christmas) release had to be done ASAP. And after that initial listing it was discovered that the ENORMOUS printing size of this planned book was far more than expected. The announced 11 X 15 inch size would apparently have crossed into a whole new price bracket... anyone who knows anything about publishing (and I know only a few basic details, this being one) that the size and shape of a book are more important in printing costs than the number of pages. That 11 X 15 size would have elevated the printing cost such that a sales price (for a profit rather than loss) to over the original $125 (or whatever it was( to well BEYOND even $250. So now the book will be VERY slightly smaller to drop it just an iota below the next lesser size increment to a lower price. The book itself will now be 10.5 X 14.3 inches. But to keep it at at least that size and make it special the price had to be raised above the initially prepublication announcement."
It sounds like the price is mostly about printing cost.
A regular comic book is 6 5/8 x 10 1/4 inches, the 2019 Fantagraphics box set is 9 x 11.7 inches (according to Amazon), the upcoming deluxe edition is 10.5 x 14.3 inches (according to Amazon) and IDW's Artist’s Edition is 14 x 20 inches. For fun I made this illustration:
(purple = regular comic book, red = 2019 Fantagraphics collection, blue = Deluxe edition, green = Artist’s Edition)
Hopeful update: Fanta management tells me that we're now planning to try some more Masters boxes next year. No idea of the schedule yet, but I'm glad they're not gone for good.
Of course just after I buy all the newer ones individually lol. The buyers curse.
You are not alone. I just ordered the last four and pre-ordered the next two books. I hope for more box sets in the future, but yeha, it will be a bit annoying if those books end up getting a box after all.
Unfortunately, I'm afraid we don't have more of them coming.
That's sad, I liked the boxed sets too. But I can't say I'm very surprised about this. I think they would have sold better if the boxes were released closer to the release date of the single books. When two boxes are released at the same time once a year, you had to wait a whole year for some of the books to be collected (ex. vol 5 and 9). Then you have to make a decision if you want to wait for a nice box or get the books when they are new. For the Barks boxes I personally don't mind waiting as I already have multiple copies of all stories and I don't find the books that exciting. But for the Disney Masters series there have been several books I've been super excited about checking out and it has been a bit annoying having to wait that long for the boxes. And I can understand others not wanting to do that.
But thanks for letting us know. Now I can finally order the last 4 volumes.
