In Donald's Bay Lot there's a town called Boomtown. I would assume it's in close proximity to Duckburg, but the map shown in the panel isn't very helpful.
In The Tramp Steamer, Donald and the kids travel south in a little boat. Along the way they reach this little fishing village:
After covering it in soap, they escape. Soon enough, they reach another fishing village; this one:
I was thinking that maybe the first one is Mouseville/Mouseton, as I've seen maps placing it south of Duckburg, and rather close too. We've seen in numerous stories that Mouseville/Mouseton has a harbor, so it should be located on a coast. However, it appears that the people in the panel is wearing sombreros and ponchos, so maybe the intention was that the Ducks had gone all the way to Mexico?
I stumbled upon something while reading The Long Race to Pumpkinburg. The Ducks have an ice skating race to Pumpkinburg, which is located 3 miles down the frozen river. During the race, the Ducks pass Gooseneck Bend. Gooseneck Bend appears again in Boat Buster, where Donald is having a boat race against one of John D. Rockerduck's racers. The race is called Yellowrado River Water Derby, which leads me to assume that the river is named Yellowrado River, and that Gooseneck Bend is a part of this river.
Donald is instructed to take a shortcut "through a tule bog across Gooseneck Bend". While writing this I realized that it says "a tule bog" and not "Tule Bog". Thus, any relation to Tulebug River, Tuleville, or Tuleburg is unlikely... which makes all of this a bit less interesting.
Anyways, we never learn where the goal of the Boat Buster race is located. However Pumpkinburg should be somewhere in between the goal and Duckburg.
Gooseton is the second largest city in Calisota after Duckburg and therefore so significant. Many Duckburgians who don't have a job in Duckburg go to work there. For example, the margarine factory where Donald works is also located in Goosetown. Therefore, there is a large highway or motorway between Duckburg and Goosetown to make car traffic smooth. It serves as the capital of the neighbor county while Duckburg is the capital of the Webfoot county and the whole state. Goosetown also located north from Duckburg.
Other mentioned cities and towns are Pumpkinburg, Pickleburg, Codfish Cove, Omelet, Hentown, Catville and old hometown Quackville (especially in the Finnish Donald Duckling stories, the Quackville is a small and quaint rural town near Grandma's farm).

So Quackville is the same thing as Quacktown in Finnish?

Where has it been mentioned that Goosetown is the second largest city in Calisota?
I don’t know if this is any pleasant answer, but in several stories. For example, in The Olympian Torch Bearer by Carl Barks. It is either mentioned directly in the text or drawn as a very big city.
So Quackville is the same thing as Quacktown in Finnish?
Yes. Possibly Kari Korhonen has combined these two places, but in any case, the "Kääkkylä" of the Finnish Donald Duckling stories written by Korhonen is always translated into English as Quackville.

<< The German publishers published two of the great Italian Paperinos in Mickey Mouse in 1998 and they were a hit. Hence, ECN asked me to write new stories for Egmont. At first I wasn't all that excited - the idea of showing beloved characters in earlier years is almost always a mistake. I mean, "Young Flintstones" is no one's favourite cartoon, is it? But then, once I started thinking of Quackville as a separate universe, I really got into it. So far, I've written some 50 stories and hope for more to come. >>

In The Olympian Torch Bearer, Goosetown is a major enough city to have the Olympian torch be carried through it, but nothing about its size is mentioned. Certainly not anything about it being the second largest in Calisota. What are the other examples?
And then there's Anderville, which (I guess) is relatively close to Mouseville/Mouseton.
Anderville is located in Europe, more precisely Anderville = London
I'm currently reading a scanlated version of the Anderville story. While I agree that the map corresponds with London, I'm no longer convinced that Anderville is located in Europe. Mickey refers to it as "Anderville, USA" in MMMM#2:
Bear in mind that this is from a scanlation. I guess the translator could have added that themselves. That being said, the car of Sonny Mitchell, Mickey's long-lost friend, is found close to the Mexican border. This also implies that Anderville is located in USA.
In issue #8, Mickey reads the Star Tribune, which is a real life newspaper in Minnesota. It seems likely that Anderville is supposed to be located there.
By the way, what's the deal with all these Tule-names that Barks used? Tuleburg, Tuleville, Tulebug River... Is it a duck-related word that I somehow has never heard about before?
<< One of Barks' recurring location names is Tulebug taken after his brother Clyde's residence city for most of his life. In the stories Barks named several locations by that name (Tulebug Creek, Tulebug Dam, Tulebug River), and Gyro is racing on Tulebug Lake. >>
Tule Lake is a lake which straddles the California and Oregon border, and spans well into both states. And yes tules are duck-related. Tules are a lake, pond, and marshland plant, which is a type of reed. Ducks live near ponds, and lakes, and in marshlands. Tuleburg and Tuleville should NOT be considered to be the same place, and just a mistake. They are simply different places of Human residency, named after the same vegetative landform. Every state in USA could conceivably have a Tuleburg, Tuleville, Tuletown, Tule City, Tule Junction, Tule Center, Tule Lake, Tule Beach, Tule Corners, Tuleport, etc. with NONE related to ANY others, and all in different portions and counties of each state.
Mudhen City is mentioned in The Black Forest Rescue. The story has the Junior Woodchucks call in troops from Goosetown and Mudhen City to help locate Donald in Black Forest. This suggests that Goosetown and Mudhen City are located close to Black Forest, and therefore close to Duckburg.
It's not a city and it's not a town, but it is geography-related. Donald runs across several counties until he reaches Squash County, as seen in The Cantankerous Cat. I refuse to believe that Donald ran all the way from Duckburg to another state, so my guess is that Squash County is also in Calisota.
