I've come a long way with my collection recently, filling in a lot of gaps in numerous places. One thing I was never close to collecting were all the Barks stories. Too many different collections in too many different languages meant that I always had bits and pieces. Thanks to recent additions in my collection of weeklies, I'm down to three remaining pre-retirement Barks stories: Days at the Lazy K (1945), The Double Date (1959), and Ten-Cent Valentine (1962). I'm sure that there are plenty of Barks stories in my collection that I haven't read, but these are the one. I've read at least The Double Date through a library loan -- it has some of my favorite Donald action from Barks, as a matter of fact.
Any gaps in your collection that you're looking to fill?
There are pretty much only two things I'm collecting, both of which are Donald Duck-related: The Don Rosa Hall of Fame-series that collects all of his stories in Swedish, and "Donald Duck origin stories", meaning Young Donald Duck, Club Donald Duck, Donald Duckling collections, From Egg to Duck, etc.
Out of the 10 Hall of Fame-books, I'm only missing number 9. As for the "origin stories", I believe I own everyone that's been published in Sweden. I've seen people talking about a "season 2" of Young Donald Duck, and there's likely to be a third book in the Club-series as well, but none of these have been published here yet.
