I'm trying to create a list of Duck and Mouse comics in which human characters with human ears and nose have appeared, such as the few Barks comics that included 100% human characters. The first page of Don Rosa's A Letter from Home (with the exception of one panel) also included full human characters.

They appear not infrequently in Italian Grand parodies. Typically, there is an human Napoleon and a human Tsar in Carpi's War and Peace, and a real Leonardo da Vinci in at least several stories either set in the Renaissance or with a time machine (especially in Topolino e il segreto della Gioconda). Featuring well-known historical figures raises apparently a complicated issue: a dog-nosed version is not always recognizable.
By the way, there are at least two regular human characters: Hazel and Madam Mim.

Taliaferro had no qualms about drawing fully humanized women for Donald to get attracted to in the newspaper strip. Here are a few examples via donaldisme.dk:
Something related to this topic: I find pages of comics taking place in the Duck or Mouse universe that in isolation do not look like pages of comics taking place in the Duck or Mouse universe pretty fascinating.
One example is this page of "Treasure Menace in Venice!" that I mentioned in the opening post: i.imgur.com/dvBmi3h.png No duck or mice character, no dog nosed character. It could be a page of a non-Duck/Mice comic!
