Back in December Kari Korhonen posted this image on his facebook page. It appears to be a double page spread from this recently published comic. This got me thinking, how many double page spreads have there ever been in Disney comics?
There are two in Capris' War and Peace: this and this one. (Images from duckcomicsrevue.blogspot.com ) Then there is one in Thumper Meets the Seven Dwarfs: i.imgur.com/gKnQPIO.jpg What's interesting about this one is that it was published only one and a half years after Captain America Comics #6 which contains a double page spread that is considered to be the first one in comic book history.
I guess the Money Bin blue print from The Beagle Boys Vs. The Money Bin cold count as a double page spread too. That's 5 Disney comic double page spreads so far. Any others?
As for full page panels, there are much more of those I guess, especially in Italian comics. How about full page panels in 4-tier Disney comics? Barks did three, Rosa created one. Does anyone know of other full page panels in 4-tier Disney comics? Not sure how frequent they are in Italian 3-tier Disney comics, if there aren't too many of them, please list the ones you know of!

I know some instances in Dutch stories, but they are almost all in 'special' stories with a lot of cameos:
2000e nummer: story about the celebration of the 2000th Dutch weekly (1991). It contains one full-page panel of the view of the City full advertisements featuring Donald as star.
40 jaar DD Feest!: story about the celebration of the Dutch weekly existing 40 years (1992). It contains two full-page panels, one of the outside view of a theater and luxurious building, with a lot of characters, and another of the inside view of the theather, with a lot of cameo characters in it.
Donald 50 jaar: story about the celebration of the Dutch weekly existing 50 years (2002). It contains (at least) one full-page panel of inside view of the theather, with a lot of cameo characters in it.
80 jaar: story about the celebration of Donald being 80 years (2014). It contains a double-page spread with a lot of cameo characters sitting on a table and eating dinner.
On the related note, I remember there was another story with a lot of characters eating cake on tables in a forest, but I can't find. I should have been published around 2010 in the Dutch weekly.
Then, although it does not exactly count, I also know two instances of panels taking up 3 tiers instead of 4 (in again Dutch stories):
Kerel 3000: story about the celebration of the 3000th Dutch weekly (2010). It contains a panel taking up 3 tiers with a lot of characters around a huge cake, with Donald destroying it in a robot suit.
Hanneke de olifant: finally a regular story with a panel taking up 3 tiers, with a huge singing elephant in a room destroying porcelain.
There probably are more instances of full-page panels (in Eén GROTE nachtmerrie perhaps of a giant-sized Little Helper? I can't check anymore): the celebration story cases were the easy ones!

It does not exactly count, but in the new Wizards of Mickey series, the 22-page story Clash of the Titans! is drawn with solely full-page panels: every page contains exactly one panel. The story is drawn by an Italian and the other stories in the series have 3 tiers per page.
EDIT:
I just remembered another case: in Click Start, a story strongly inspired by the movie Ralph Breaks the Internet, but not exactly an adaptation, contains two double-page spreads and one full-page panel. The first double-page spread is an illustration with a 'view at the Internet' (represented as skycraper-like structures with some roads between them), the only full-page panel (except a very small inset) is an illustration with a view at a futuristic shopping mail (aka a webshop) and the second double-page spread (except for insets at the left and the right) is an illustration of a tree (with the insets showing Ralph climbing the tree), There is also a double-page spread that is actually a maze, so that doesn't count.
And indeed, there are more puzzling stories (printed in Daniel Düsentriebs Rätsel-Shop for example that contains double-page spreads, but those are actually games, so should perhaps be excluded.
Actually, in my German version of War and Peace, the first double-page spread isn't one - it's just on one page, rotated by 90°! But there is also a weird "stroke" beneath the horse which seems to indicate that the Kosak was also rotated...
After some more searching (also on this forum), I collected two more:
Flash Frozen Fracas: a double-page spread on pages 26-27 of Magica, Donald and snowman versions of the nephews and some special characters being in a snowbal fight.
Topolino e il passaggio al Tor Korgat: a double-page spread on page 2-3 of Mickey and Goofy enjoying a stunning view of a high mountain covered by snow,
Thanks, guys! There are far more of these double page spreads in Italian comics thank I thought. Then again I should not be surprised, they work well in stories that have a high page count and are printed in pocked book size. Also, I have found one more when I browsed Claudio Sciarrone's stories on Inducks: inducks.org/story.php?c=I+TL+2426-6P

I thought of that one after I made my post, but I was outside and couldn't look for the title! Tor Korgat I completely forgot about, it's a great story.
The beginning of Paperolimpiadi features a double-page spread with the title spanning the two pages and a lot of elements of the story around it.
A lof of the longer Phineas & Ferb stories drawn with 4 tiers (e.g. Dawn of the Flying Car) start with a full-page panel.
Lots of PK Pikappa (e.g. I Senzanome) open with a double-page spread.
The 4-tier story Fun Games has a full-page panel where several characters are in action on a lawn. They appear multiple times on different positions and one has to 'read' the panel from top to bottom, but no borders at all are present.
The 3-tier story Simba's Rain has a beautiful double-page spread at the second and third page featuring Simba and Rafiki on a rock, looking down at the dry land.
The story Aladdin in "Carpet Burns" has a double-page spread in the middle of the comic of a market full of carpet with Genie, Abu and Aladdin looking for the right carpet.
The story To the Washing Machine — And Beyond! has a double-page spread in the middle of the comic of of The Green Army Men of Toy Story clearing a living room, with movement of them visualised.
The story A Song for Sven has a double-page spread in the middle of the comic of Kristoff singing on his guitar, with flashbacks to the time he and Sven were young.
