Someone here perviously was wondering whether any publisher would create any comic for the Disney company's 100th anniversary. Finally we have an answer: the German "Lustiges Taschenbuch" (a pocketbook series featuring 3-tier comics from Italy and 3-tier comics produced by Egmont) will have a special edition next month that will contain 8 brand new comics that were apparently made for this anniversary and which will be homages to classic Disney animated shorts from the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s. I am assuming that these are Egmont stories, but who knows. Maybe they are Italian ones.
EDIT: Ah, okay, I just realized that this is essentially the same book as Fantagraphics' upcoming "Mickey and Donald Fantastic Futures: Classic Tales With a 22nd Century Twist". In other words, it's this series of comics: inducks.org/subseries.php?c=Once+upon+a+Mouse...+in+the+Future
