Sorry for the double-post but here's a bunch Gilles' tree has that you don't yet. I'm skipping the McDuck line since you don't seem to have gotten into them yet:
* W WDC 300-01: Sir Gladstone Gander of Basketville, descendant of the previously mentioned Sir Crabstone and a dead ringer for our Gladstone. * W DD 42-01: McTavish Duck, a mutual ancestor to the Duck and McDuck lines, his daughter, his daughter's husband Lochbert Gander, and Lochbert's father Nicolas. * H 21178: Grandma's Aunt Klazien, Uncle Bertus, and the latter's parents. * W DD 139-01: Grandma's great-great uncle Asa. Gilles' tree has him married to a character named Miss Abigail who looks just like Grandma, but I don't know what she's from. * W CPGK 1-02: Daisy's great-great grandfather, who knew Scrooge's father, is mentioned. * A distant ancestor of Daisy who sailed on the Mayflower, Sir Murgatroys Mallard, exact story uncertain. * I TL 1396-A: Various Civil War-era ancestors who all resemble "Gone With the Wind" characters. * D 96055: Daisy's great-uncle Darius. * B 910264: Daisy's great-aunt, plus Scrooge's great-uncle and Rockerduck's grandfather. * D 8074: A relative named Egbert on the Maurice tree. * S 80015: A relative named Tam McTeal. * B 810100: Colibri, a magician uncle of Gyro.

Any reason you have Daisy and Donald's fathers down as half-brothers? That makes Donald and Daisy cousins, and while they've been specified as distant relations for a long time I didn't think they were, errm, that close.
You just mentioned in a casual way that "they've been specified as distant relations for a long time": can you be more precise? I have often heard that claim about Donald and Daisy, but every time I asked for more info I only got vague answers.
Aren't Pothole and Catfish McDuck the same characters? And who is Peter McDuck?
Catfish was based on Barks's mention of Pothole, sure, but he has a totally different appearance and personality compared to Rosa's version of Pothole, not to mention a different name, so I assume they're different characters. Kind of like how Daisy Duck was clearly an updated version of Donna, but many stories show that in-universe they're unrelated people. As for Pete McDuck, read the "Biographical" section! It's there just for that purpose! In this case, "Peter" is a fanmade name for Scrooge's nameless great-great-great-great-grandfather mentioned in D 2007-132, the original owner of the "Heirloom Watch".

I'm not sure if I mentioned this before, but in the Dutch translation, the watch had actually belonged to Scrooge's own grandfather; while showing the watch to his nephews, Scrooge even refers to his grandfather having worked as a coal miner (he mentioned that his grandpa was a miner in "Hound of the Whiskervilles). I think it's more likely that this was also the case in the original script (given that Lars Jensen often makes use if little known characters and ideas in his own stories).

Does he now? No, you never mentioned that. This does fail to explain how it apparently belonged to Seafoam in the L&T.
Usually I don't point out typos in other people's messages since they are not an important thing, but in this case I will point out that in editing your message to correct "Daisy" to "Donna" you actually wrote "Dpnna".

Re-oops. (By the way, I have added quite a few characters to the tree, including the entire Rockerduck family, Cousin Nancy Duck and Baldwin Von Drake
Oh, that must've been quite some work. Very impressive and fun to read! (Does this program allow a way to search by name or is it manually only?)

Most of these have images on TVTropes. I've got bigger files in some cases if those won't do.
Dickie, Teensy, Mother Goose and Dudly were all already planned for. Thanks about Shlto, Crabstone, Greta and Sickle. If you could post your scans? Also, Gertie already is there, as a sister of Luke Goose. Check again.
Ah, apologies, I didn't notice. Like I said, I couldn't find a way to search by name, so then this mistake was made.
Loving the rant on Woimly. I like the character, but it's true. Would Ludwig's female clone from the HoM episode "Goofy's Valentine Date" fit the tree?
Not at my computer atm, but that missing Dottie image is something you better make some decisions on yourself anyway. You can find an upload of her debut comic here, and use Image Enlarger to upscale it. I find that Lanczos3 is still decent at 3X, but perhaps that's not to your standards.

To search by name: on the bottom bar, there's a "Find" option that lets you scroll through a list of characters. Not the most efficient, but it does the trick when you know what you're looking for.

That would be TERRIBLE, considering that we know so little about The Duck Family and Duckburg history. We need to identify as many different family members, residents of Duckburg and Calisota, and landmarks as we can. We NEED them to be 2 different relatives.
