It's from Treasure of Cresus (not sure that's the official title, but you know what I'm talking about), at the end, after Magica failed to use Cresus's first coin to make the Midas Touch amulet. Scrooge and Magica begin bickering (mirroring Circea and Cresus), only for Donald to step in and say this line; the nephews comment that this would make Donald the modern equivalent of the philosopher Solon, who once told Cresus that money was not everything.
