In "Mickey Mouse: The Scariest Halloween Story Ever", there are many references to Disney things.
Here are some that I noticed:
-Huey, Dewey, and Louie wear their costumes from "Trick or Treat" and the town is based on the one from "Trick or Treat" as well
-It opens with Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Huey, Dewey, Louie, Morty, and Ferdie trick-or-treating at various houses getting strange treats such as hay or fish, which could be a reference to the beginning of "Donald's Halloween Scare"
-Two of the houses they trick-or-treat at are Horace Horsecollar's (the hay) and Clarabelle Cow's (the fish)
-Chernabog is seen on Bald Mountain in the background, opening his wings as he does in the beginning of "A Night on Bald Mountain"
-The Steamboat from "Steamboat Willie" is seen in a pond outside of Mickey's House
-Mickey is dressed in the lederhosen-costume he wore in "Yodelberg", and Goofy is dressed in his Super Goof costume. Donald is not dressed up at all. (which could be a reference to how he usually stays home without a costume to trick trick-or-treaters)
-There is a picture of the Twins from "Mickey Mouse: Duck the Halls" on Mickey's wall
-Goofy says that Mickey comes from the happiest place on earth, a reference to Disneyland's tagline
-The Frankenstein story is a bit like the Frankenstein story from "Goofy Adventures" No. 1
-Huey, Dewey, Louie, Morty, and Ferdie distinctly say "Unca" Mickey and Donald, like they do in the comics and old cartoons
-In the Dracula story, Goofy's name is "Dipworth Goofington the Third", probably a reference to Goofy's original name, Dippy Dawg.
-Also in the Dracula story, Donald bounces off Goofy's head using a baseball bat and then hits a vampire bat with it, which is probably not, but could be, a reference to the pogo cane in the DuckTales video game
-Also in the Dracula story, Donald as "Dread (or it might have been Drake, hard to understand in Donald's duck voice) McQuack" looks a lot like younger Uncle Scrooge. Also, McQuack could be a reference to Launchpad McQuack
-Mrs. Johnson from "Fire Escape" and "The Boiler Room" makes a reappearance
-In the witch story, the witch looks a tiny bit like the witch from "Hansel and Gretel (the Mickey Mouse Works short)" and also disguises herself as a normal old lady. She also wants to bake people into pie. This witch is a bit creepier, though.
-Also in the witch story, Huey, Dewey, Louie, Morty, and Ferdie steal pie from, besides Donald and Goofy, Clara Cluck and the butcher from "Stayin' Cool"
-Also, not really an in-cartoon reference, but Russi Taylor plays the witch and Minnie, and Minnie dresses as the witch.
-On the beginning title card, a Mickey Halloween jack-o'-lantern is shown, which looks a lot like the ones that are mascots for "Mickey's not-so-scary Halloween party"
-Also, at one point, Mickey dresses like a vampire, looking much like he does on some promotional brochures for "Mickey's not-so-scary Halloween party"
-The carriage that Van Mousing, Dipworth Goofington the Third, and Dread/Drake McQuack ride in at one point during the Dracula story looks a bit like the evil carriage from "Cinderella III: a Twist in Time"
Did anyone notice any more references in "Mickey Mouse: The Scariest Halloween story Ever!"?
