I’d assume that the title Scarpa story will be reformatted. At 2 rows a page, inducks says it’s over 130 pages. That wouldn’t fit with all the other stories.
Great news on the Silly Symphonies yeah, hope to see the same for the Donald strip down the line.
Wonder if the 'Nuft and The Last Dragons' by Freddy Milton, didn't do well enough for a 3rd volume, because the previous two were released in April only of their respective years.
Those books are better discussed in the Classic Disney Comic Solicitations thread, I think (and some messages have just been moved there, being not about Disney Masters).
shrelp IDW's DD comic strip series was cancelled because of low sales, I doubt if Fantagraphics started their own DD comic strip reprint series, it would sell significantly better and that they would be able to publish more than the 7 books that IDw published (5 daily strips books + 2 Sunday stips books). Instead, I am hoping Fantagraphics will publish a book that has never been done before: the definitive Al Taliaferro monograph. Reposting my previous suggestions for such a book:

I think it is due to the fact that the cannon is not shown being used by a recurrent Disney character.
There had been a similar "censorship" affecting the Disney Masters cover of Murry's Phantom Blot. In the original picture, Mickey held a ink-gun (not even a real gun), but it had been removed. According to what I see on INDUCKS, it seems it was the first time that image got edited that way, so I guess Disney doesn't like showing its loved characters carrying guns (not even fake ones) on its book covers.
Also, the listings of the late 2023 / early 2024 Fantagraphics books should be added to Amazon any day now. I wonder what the next masters volume will be. My guess is: Marco Rota.
Does anyone know why the Disney Masters release schedule has slowed down over the years?
I'm guessing it is because we got books like "Bear Mountain Tales", "World of the Dragonlords" and "For Whom the Doorbell Tolls" that maybe share the release schedule with Disney Masters, but is better marketed as stand-alone books.
Vol. 24 coming in March 2024. World Wide Witch by DANIEL BRANCA! I'm happy that World Wide Witch, one of the top 3 Branca stories IMHO will be included.
Btw, the world's first ever Daniel Branca Library, the 9-volume Swedish "Kalle Anka: Legendariska äventyr" will be completed later this year. I am very curious what the 9th and final volume will include, as these are 250+ page volumes, but according to Inducks there are only 50 pages of Branca comics left for the final volume.

You really see "World Wide Witch" as one of the "top three" Branca stories?
Not that I dislike it, but... I could think of many Branca comics from before he stopped inking his stuff himself (around 1997, I believe) that I would rank higher. His artwork declined to a degree from that point onwards.
