I could swear I've mentioned it someplace. We're in the early stages of developing it now... can't list its contents yet. We'll probably have an early Amazon promotion sometime next month; probably not out till November.
Yeah, you mentioned the Casty volume earlier in this thread. But as I remarked a while back, that comment (as well as many others) is not turning up in the forum's search engine for whatever reason.
DISNEY MASTERS HC VOL 19 MICKEY MOUSE SHADOW DIMENSION FANTAGRAPHICS BOOKS JAN218020 In Shops: Sep 15, 2021 Final Orders Due: Dec 31, 2039 SRP: $29.99 www.previewsworld.com/Catalog/JAN218020 (No need to rush on final orders.)
That is the Casty volume! And it will have his first Atomino story!
In my opinion, one of the most overrated stories of Casty. And I was hoping for his undisputed masterpiece Topolino e l'impero sottozero. But I don't think they'll bring two Atomo stories in the same volume (and there won't be room for more stories).
Listings of the Fantagraphics fall 2021 books were uploaded on Amazon, but it seems the Casty Disney Masters book (Shadow Dimension) is not among them. Maybe it will be released only in early 2022? On the other hand there is a listing for "World of the Dragonlords", the Cavazzano/Erickson saga that was already released in paperback format in 2005, but it seems it won't be a part of the Disney Masters series.
Another listing that appeared on Previewsworld, but not on Amazon is this: "WALT DISNEY DONALD DUCK MINI TP COLL 3-PACK" www.previewsworld.com/Catalog/JAN218026 I wonder what exactly this is.

I am beyond thrilled for the Casty volume but I was hoping for the volume to contain the Darkenblot sequels. The original story is in my top 5 MM tales.
I really like to see new volumes for artists: - Tony Strobl (e.g. Safari From Komba Tomba) - I know the art is not as good as by other artists but I like the stories (I'm a nostalgic reader). They release many Paul Murry stories - why not Tony Strobl? - Marco Rota - Giorgio Cavazzano (the Marbella stories please!) - Pier Lorenzo De Vita (he has a very different style, stories like "Der Ring des Nibelungen") - Casty (already requested a lot) - and as many Romano Scarpa as possible!
In the spring we'll have a Casty volume, then another Kinney and Hubbard (technically Vol 2 of 4).
Can't wait to find out the artist/writer for the next Mickey volume following the Casty book. I probably look twice a day for new Disney Masters listings.

Haha, that's dedication! I'm mostly content with following the news here, myself. Very much looking forward to the next Scarpa book with Mickey in the title role.
The January - April 2022 Fantagraphics books listings have appeared on Amazon, but only a single Disney book is among them, the Casty volume of Disney Masters.

I'm not sure this had been said before but the title story is Casty's first Atomo epic, which is one of his most highly rated stories. I knew this story would be it ever since Joe dropped a few comments about the length...
