Indeed. Incidentally, a member of the DCML also discovered this news, and shared a photo of an article in a local newspaper: (click to enlarge and turn right-side up) According to the article, the park will be located by a restaurant called "Pappy Gander and co.", which is an interesting coincidence. Also, a school will apparently be taking a trip there to plant flowers in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Fish and Wildlife.
