The name of the comic roughly translates to "The Danger Of The Time Slide". It appears to be a sequel to a previous story since the stories share a villain (though the villain's name has been changed, presumably as a translation error). In the first story, the villain is named Benno Brains, but in this story he is simply referred to as Dr. Brain.
In the story Superduck is kidnapped by his alternate future self to take part in a rebellion against the villainous Dr. Brain. The villain stole the blueprints of a theoretical Chronomachine from Gyro, and used the machine to rewrite all of history. Now Past and Future Superducks have to work together with the alternate universe versions of their friends to re-rewrite reality and save the world.
I love this story because the dialog and art are above average for your average Donald comic, and it manages to be both exciting and funny.
I mentioned earlier that it seems to be a sequel of sorts, since it shares a villain with another comic I read. Sadly, I forget what this comic is named or what it was exactly about. If I recall it was about brainwashing and memory altering. I also remember this story being above average in quality. I have sadly lost the book this story appears in.
I'd love to find a scanlation of this comic. Or any info about it, its villain etc. Paperinik: The Danger of the Time Slide Converse!
I don't know of any fan translations (or official English translations) of this story. But the first story with Professor Brain is titled Superdonald en het stille bedrog in Dutch, and can be found in Donald Duck Pocket #158

I just searched the entire house. I found a lotta junk but I could not for the life of me find this pocket. How I manage to keep losing things in a small apartment is beyond me.
Yes! I actually reread the first Brain story today (it was reprinted in German for the second time). The second one, the Time Slide one, is so popular here that fans voted it into the 5-book Fan-Edition!
Both are exactly the kind of "classic" Duck Avenger stories that IDW should be picking up at some point. I really love Lucio Leoni, both as an author and an artist (those hilarious facial expressions!).
And just like the Dutch, the German versions have name problems. In the first story, the villain is called "Tassilo Tauscher" and in the second one "Professor Kaltstein"...

What I really like about either is that while they're unmistakably comedic Donald Duck stories, they feel almost dramatic. The dialog is sharply written even in the (usually very sloppy) Dutch translations (Dutch is just not a good language for writing any kind of story). The very high-stakes plots in either. The sharp art style in Time Slide (I love excessive shading) and in general just having a dramatic feel to it. I was rereading Time Slide earlier and I noticed it did a lot of things right that I've seen many comics do wrong. It doesn't overdo the constant exposition (I hate it when characters explain what is happening). The comedy flows nicely and is never forced, out of character or annoying. Most importantly the shots are actually really nicely framed. To be honest, 'cinematography' is a thing most Duck comics really lack. The way scenes are framed are rather dull. But here it feels a bit more lively.
