If we were really gonna get another season of this series, pretty sure we would've known by know given how the show's been on Disney Plus for two years now since November 2019 and the ratings on Disney XD were pretty terrible as well going in the 30,000-50,000 range on average (even Ducktales 2017 was doing better than that towards the end when airing on XD with the series finale getting 197,000 views). At this point, I've given up hope on this series getting another season.
101 Dalmatian Street is in the same boat as this where it got shown internationally first, then on Disney Plus in USA, and finally on Disney XD though it's been said that show is definitely over due to not getting enough views on Disney Plus or Disney XD and since Legend of the Three Caballeros is in the same boat, no reason to think it isn't having the same fate.
I think if there wasn't a serious chance the show can still make a comeback I think he would said it's over long time ago.
Creators attached to shows like to be optimistic about these things, of course. That's natural enough. As I said, I wanna see more too. But as long as the "news" are just more of what Danner's been saying since 2019, it's hard to feel like "oohh, yeah, it's really getting closer!"
DisneyTVA is a fan channel. It's been trouble repeatedly in the past because they post like they're an official channel up to making fan logos that look official or posting fan news in official-sounding ways, but it's a fan account. It's why there's people convinced there's a confirmed Oswald cartoon with logo and everything that's just not been out yet, as opposed to "a couple people talked about there being some sort of Oswald project".
Bringing this back months later as the Oswald cartoon is now confirmed to have been a pilot and a lot of production that then got disbanded.
I am so tired of the DisneyTVA guys that I take some joy in seeing this finally confirmed, mean as it is.

One thing I think would be really cool to make happen is a "rejected" "lost" Oswald comic in the Ub Iwerks style, as if it got rejected by King Features. Maybe for his 100th anniversary in 2026?

The Legend of the Three Caballeros is the best I’ve ever watched, at least as far as Disney series go. I’m glad Donald Duck got his main focus and that the Caballeros shone really well. Also, Daisy’s nieces turned out great. Yes, there were some mistakes there, but all in all, it turned out well. The villains also turned out great. And Xandra, too. Too bad that series got really bad timing in terms of display, at a time when Ducktales reboot was showing.

Totally agree! I so wish LTC could get more seasons.
And I wish Disney hadn't turned away from putting shows out on dvd--I know, I'm a dinosaur, but I want it in a form I own. And if they ever release LTC on dvd, I will instantly order three copies, for myself and friends. But Disney just wants to lure everyone to their streaming service.

It's okay, you have the right to what you want and I think a DVD can be made about it, all it takes is piracy (in my country piracy is still free in some ways) or old DVD making materials and recording episodes from the Legend of the Three Caballeros series, because the official Disney for now they will certainly not release DVDs anymore, because according to them you only have to pay for Disney Plus and you have everything there. But yes, when you have a DVD you have no restrictions on the Disney company that imposes their rules.
And yes, I would love more seasons of Legends of the Three Caballeros and Matt Danner himself talked about it in his interviews and on his Twitter account, but unfortunately the poor rating as well as the fact that most people don't know about that series, says we won't maybe get a second season.

Pretty sure piracy is free in most countries. That's kind of the idea.
I can't understand Disney in Brazil, this year they are celebrating José's birthday with several products, but the series has not yet premiered on Disney Plus.

It hasn't been released in Italy either, even though DisneyPlus was released in March 2020 (three years ago!) in Italy and the show had been dubbed into Italian back in summer 2019.
