One Mickey character I would love to see in new DuckTales (and honestly we possibly going to see him as they want to bring as many characters that where in the oryginal show as possbile) is The Phantom Blot!
Personaly I hate his voice in the oryginal DuckTales, his voice in "House of Mosue"/"Mickey Mose works".

Yes, Della's voice is better in the episode than I expected. I agree with everything Baar Baar Jink has said on the matter. I certainly think there are folks that could have done it better, and I still sort of wish Russi Taylor had been cast. Still, I'm fine with the voice. It's good enough.
I also like the characterization of Della to an extent. She's pretty much a clone of Dewey. The only real difference between the two seems to be that Della is a little more enthusiastic about the Junior Woodchucks. I do like her personality, though it sort of feels wrong that she be so similar to Dewey, yet so different from Huey and Louie. I guess it just seems unfair that Dewey is singled out as the one who's just like his mom. Also, I personally would have liked it if she were a little bit smarter, but that's just a personal preference. I can't help but feel that they made her kind of careless and ditzy so that it could be revealed that she was once nicknamed "Dumbella."
I think the reason that Della was more tolerable in this episode than Dewey is in the episodes where he gets the spotlight is because this episode focused on survival and motherhood. Some of Dewey's episodes, though not all, either revolve around him being stupid and doing dangerous things ("Woo-oo!", "Last Crash of the Sunchaser") or trying to get attention ("Woo-oo!", "Sky Pirates in the Sky"). Because of this, he comes off as much more annoying and self-centered. If there were an episode about Dewey being all alone on the moon and trying to get back to his brothers, I'm sure we would all find him much more tolerable in said episode than he is in episodes such as "Sky Pirates in the Sky."
As far as Della's connections to other characters go, I will note that it seems Huey inherited Della's singing abilities. Also, I agree with Pan Maciej's sentiment that Della did seem like Donald at some points. I quite like this show's characterization of Donald, and I think he's one of the best characters they have. That said, he tends to be more uptight, cautious, and well-behaved than previous incarnations of Donald. I couldn't see Ducktales 2017 Donald doing a lot of the things that the classic shorts' Donald did. In a way, Della sort of feels a little bit more like the old, rascally Donald than Donald himself does. I like that. It almost feels as if Classic Donald has been split into two characters: Donald and Della, with both containing different aspects of Classic Donald.
As for this episode overall, I'd say that it's alright. I didn't love it, but it wasn't near as bad as some other episodes. I wouldn't really say it was bad at all. I guess if I were forced to say whether I think it was good or bad, I would say it's good. I guess it's like a 6 or 7 out of 10, if that makes sense. It's sort of in the mediocre-good range.
Also, I personally would have liked it if she were a little bit smarter, but that's just a personal preference. I can't help but feel that they made her kind of careless and ditzy so that it could be revealed that she was once nicknamed "Dumbella."
She already got the nickname in "Last Christams".

You're right. I completely forgot that part. Oh, well.
No matter what I say or do, know that Jesus loves you.
Huh! I just realise - if the rocket with pig-pilot that passes the moon was Scrooge's that means Scrooge was searching for Della in space for at least over a year.

I for once will be a bit more critical than usual. I honestly expected a bit more from the first Della-centred episode. And in a way it is their fault, since the character has been hyped so much until now. Well, technically the first Della episode was the Christmas one, and that was really really cool.
I enjoyed the portrait of Della, she has a nice personality. I like that they pushed a bit on her lovely dumb side, to mitigate all the coolness. She sees herself stronger and cooler than what she probably is. She really is a 'dumbella'. It's interesting the observation that some of you guys were doing in the previous posts, she does have some classical aspects of Donald's classic personality. They did not give her the ducky sounds when she gets angry, which I was expecting, but there are a few subtle moments where she gets 'Donaldy', like when she says 'Phooey' obviously, and then when she wonders about the hidden city scratching her head with one finger just like Donald does. I do not see too much the resemblance to Dewey. Dewey definitely looks the more similar to her of the three siblings for the moment; yet, she honestly gave me very different vibes than Dewey. Also, she has the JW thing making her a bit like Huey. It would be funny if we discovered in the future that she has also aspects of Louie's personality. But I do not think that the authors are going in that direction. Remember that in this show HDL already represent a split of the main aspects of Scrooge's character...repeating the same pattern with Della would be just weird.
What I have found boring was the plot of the episode. If not predictable, at least very cliché. They could have also tried something more audacious in the way the story is told, for instance using more the view from Della's camera. if it was not for the curiosity of discovering adult Della, this episode would have been by far the worst of the season.

And it seems clear now (if further proof be needed) that Della is indeed a single mother on this show. Stranded on the moon, she never mentions a partner, and assumes that her boys will be raised by "their uncles" (having no reason to believe that Scrooge and Donald are no longer speaking to each other).
Is it weird that I hope that if their father is mentioned at all, it'll just be in passing with a "he was so wonderful, and now he's gone" comment, like dead Disney mothers usually do?

You'd think he'd at least have come up when Scrooge was explaining the whole Spear of Selene thing at the end of the first season. I recall reading somewhere that once Della is reunited with her kids, the next mystery to be solved on this show would be about the whereabouts of their father, but it was probably fan speculation rather than anything official. Given the way the show has handled the Duck family so far, it would surprise me if they ever mentioned him at all (which suits me just fine; Della has always been a single mother in my headcanon, even in the comics-verse. Yes, I know their father was mentioned in some early Taliaferro strips, but I'll just mentally blip over those references since there aren't too many of them).
Even if Della is a single mother there still has to be a father in some for or another... unless DuckTales universe operate on stork-reproduce theory in which case a woman don't need a man to have babies, I supose...
This show so far is doing more to explain any family conection more then andy other animated Duck-reincartnation so far.
