In which Carl Barks story the Beagle Boys sing the cute song about cracking egg?
Could it be "All at Sea"? It is the only Barks story that I remember where the Beagles sang anything (though I think they did in some other stories that I don't remember)
Does anyone remember a story in which Scrooge is angry because his money is shrinking due to moisture in Autumn?
I also think it might have been a Carl Barks story, but I'm not entirely sure.
You may be thinking of the beginning of Barks' "King of the Golden River," where Scrooge is in a foul mood because the dry weather is shrinking his greenbacks.
Been looking for the Topolino story when Donald goes to a fortune teller and gets shown a vision of how he was cursed with bad luck in his past life by a witch? Thanks!

It's not an Italian story but this has the exact same plot you mentioned.

He doesn't go ask a fortune teller, Gyro instead, but other than that your description fits Paperin Meschino very well (it was an ancestor of him and not a past life, but the two could be confused depending on the translation, because his ancestor was a Donald-lookalike)
No it wasn't it... but I did some of my own detective work and turn out I was thinking of "Delivery Dilemma", mainly this panel:
They are so lovable here... ^_^
And yes, there are other examples of the Beagles sining such us in "Deep down doings"
(for whatever reason I have the "Yo ho-ho and the bottle of rum" music in my head as I read this)
Aw, shoot, that's one of the rare questions I would have been able to answer, had I visited the forum in the interval between your posting the question and answering it yourself! "Delivery Dilemma" is a story I remember fondly from my childhood.
Perhaps someone should start a thread where people guess at the tunes Barks had in mind for these various song snippets. I bet Ramapith has some ideas on that front!

That's definitely it! Didn't know Denmark produced comics with the Topolino art style? Also I read it in Lustiges Taschenbuch so I assumed it was an Italian story.

Thanks anyway!
They started producing them in the early 90s or so, first hiring Flemming Andersen (who was channelling Massimo De Vita in his early work) and then Massimo Fecchi (who'd never worked for Topolino at that point), plus a few other artists, specifically for the pocketbooks. As a kid, I didn't realize the difference either, but I did notice that the stories at the beginning and end of a book were often 'different', and the Mickey stories flip-flopped back and forth between grotesque storylines with weird characters and Mickey just being a normal dude in a familiar environment...
inducks.org/story.php?c=I+M++++80-1&search= - This story just came out in Poland and I recall it's a sequel to an older italian story... It had Mickey and Goofy from what I recall, visit a kingdom of living chess. This story has Minnie meet the Queen from that world.
Anyone here know that first story? It was publish in Poland in the early 90's but I don't remember which book was it.
