This map belongs to Walter P. Goofey Benjamin Goofey all Goofeys
You are correct! I mentioned this in the original post of this thread:
InA Goofy Movie, Goofy has a map that has been passed down from generation to generation. It originally belonged to a “Walter P. Goofey” who then gave it to a “Benjamin Goofey”. Considering that Goofy has a grandfather named Walter, it is likely that Benjamin is the name of Goofy’s father. However, as Goofy’s real surname is "Dawg", I have changed Benjamin and Walter’s names accordingly.

Does that mean that paternal family of Goofy is also called Goofy?
On my tree, I placed the relatives with the surname "Goofy" on Goofy's mother's side of the family. However, I simply ignored the "Goofey" name from A Goofy Movie.
There is a problem with too many different surnames in Goofy's ancestry. There's, Dawg, Goofy, Goofey, Goof, and possibly even Geef. Even if we apply some of them as maiden names for Goofy's grandmothers, everything would still not make 100% sense.
